Movistar is new to the Man-Game cycling scene. The Spanish mobile phone operator owned by Telefonica was always been interested in starting a team, but didn't like the idea of starting in the lower divisions. So, here they are, at the top.
US Postal sponsored a PT Team from 1996-2004 and is best known for Lance Armstrong's 7 Tour de France victories and the doping scandal that followed.
They joined as secondary sponsor with the goal of changing their brand identity.
They were granted a Pro Tour license under the success of Team CSC-Orbea. After 3 seasons racing in the lower divisions, CSC-Orbea pulled out of the sport after it looked like the team was going to miss out on promotion again in 2014.
Well, I guess that backfired on them. Manager Mresuperstar lead a team loaded with veteran Spanish climbers to 6th place in the PCT standings. Good enough to reach the top division in the sport and bring in new, widely known sponsors.
We aren't going to lie, the future is uncertain. We have a lot of work to do before this cycling program is where we want it. We want to be relevant right away, but it's going to be a challenge just to build a team that can stay in the Pro Tour.
So, stick around and enjoy checking out our team's headquarters.
Everything you need to know about our journey to surviving in the Pro Tour
can be found here including press conferences, results, goals, calendar, etc.
Compartida la vida es más!
Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays
these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.

Very nice looking, bit of an unusual colour mix for a frame but it works.
Good luck!

@Shonak & the_hoyle: The color combination is a little unusual but I think it works and looks nice as well. All the credit goes to fintas for making these for me. So big shout out to him.
As much as I like the RR Frames, I think the TT ones are even better...

@Ian Butler: Thanks for stopping by MG newbie , glad to hear my formatting is still up to par to make things visually appealing.
@sutty68: I can't wait either, but patience is a must. Aidanvn13 is backed up with requests and real-life stuff at the moment, but I'm sure it will be worth the wait.
Also fintas was nice enough to make a second pair of RR frames that better match the TT design. So depending on how the jersey looks, we might be switching our RR frames.

We have switched our RR frame so it matches the design of the sleek TT frame. Thanks again to fintas for putting up with me and handling our team's request.
Also, the team has signed a one-year deal with American Classic wheels.
All that's left now is the jersey with generic helmets being provide to teams in the MG this upcoming season. Hopefully we can show off the jersey soon, but our designer is quite busy at the moment and it's not nice to rush people.

***Team Standings*** | Avoid Relegation | TBD | Tour of California | Win | TBD | Vuelta a Espana | Top 3 | TBD | Tour de France | Top 10 | TBD | Paris-Roubaix | Top 10 | TBD |
We decided to play it safe this year not knowing who are leaders are going to be.
Paris-Roubaix looks to be the odd one out but we like to challenge Marcos Altur.
We have also added the PT schedule (awaiting HC races) in post #4 of the HQ.

@tsmoha: Well, they are only 1 above the minimum point limit.
Bump post to get the jersey on the next page...
