It's our final day on the road, here in the DauphinÃ©, but it's no walk in the park! Eight climbs await the riders en route to Embrun, five of them being cat. 2, which makes it quite unpredictable.

Their gap grows to 5min, but would eventually be brought down to 2min20 before the final climb. Unlike it could have bben expected, no attacks occur during the whole stage and the escapees face the last uphill section with a reasonable advantage. 13km to go.
