At the start of a new season. Since it's now game-April, it'll take a couple of months. You'll have to send in an application, and then you might be accepted to the game. This isn't sure, as there are often many applicants and limited spots.

Indeed.
Staying active on the board, being helpful member or eventually even reporting a race at times are all good things, that will be delivered when application starts after the actual season.
But as said, this will be in 2015 as we haven`t even reached half time of this season. |
