Spoiler
The 2014 main jersey designed using ground breaking fabrics by Salita, using our own Blue and Yellow brand colours this stylish design will be used by all members this year.
The Croatian Champions jerseys that will be used by Kristijan Durasek this year ,should he stay with us through the transfer season, in Time Trial Kristijan said "I am delighted to have gained this jersey and can't wait to show it of next year."
The team also has double Canadian Champion Christian Meier on board he recently won both championships and this is what he had to say "The theme of this years championships is breakaways and knowing i'd have to work for Ryan (Anderson) if it came to a sprint a chanced my arm early instead thankfully I managed to stay away, it's an honour to wear the jersey next year in both disciplines."

Spoiler
Ryan Anderson
- Ryan will be staying with us next season we also hope to have some money spare for training in the hope of uping his sprint a bit but we will see what happens.
Guillaume Boivin (3.00)
- Boivon could take a PT loan this year but with a lack of interest it is unlikely he will go there, there has been interest from Boeing-Vivacom of a permanent transfer but that looks highly unlikely
Antoine Duchesne (2.85ish)
- Antoine would like a loan this season to a CT or PCT team Team Gazelle his parent team this year is said to be top of his list with Magna Ryanair having a friend Antoine Matteau riding their another possible option.
Hugo Houle (3.00)
- Hugo should stay at the team with a job as a lead domestique in most races and some chances on his own though Puma-Sap have been interested in the past it's unlikely anything but a loan would go through.
Kristijan Durasek
- Kristijan really enjoys his time on the team having learnt French and English he is not very unsettled but he is welcoming interest from the PT Volkswagen-Mapei and Rothaus-Aegon are his picks though intrest from both is unlikely.
Christian Meier National Champion
- The Canadian Champion is staying and we look forward to him riding in the red and white this season after his transfer last season.
Peter Pancake
- Peter has improved a bit this year and we feel he is now a good PCT domestique he says he has no interest in leaving for any other teams.
Dominque Rollin
- Dominique is in the same boat as Peter he is perfectly content to have another season on the team as the team is to have him.
Ryan Roth
- Ryan was a little unhappy last year at not getting to ride on his favored cobblestones enough and although happy to stay at RBC has his eyes set on a belgium classic team with the new Quickstep team his number 1 pick UPC and Amex are also said to be on his wishlist to talk to.
Sebastian Salas
- Sebastian shined last year with a 3rd place in one of our home races and a win in North America as well this is said to have alerted the interest of Team CSC to his potential in the CT though nothing has been confirmed.
David Boily 4.00 (LOAN TO MAX OUT)
- Boily is certain to go to the ProTour this year with a ride in the TDF his priority his favored team is Festina though he has people talking at Rothaus and is said to like Wikipedia as well were he ends up could be interesting.
Christopher De Sousa 3.00
-De Sousa is on the brink of staying or going he had interest from Le Vie Claire and would like to pursue that this year with other french teams also being considered.
Loic Desirac 2.7ish
-Loic will likely stay at RBC for the year to be leveled up and myabe sold next year though it is undecided
Sebastian Ivars
-Seb has been told to pick his bags for the year though were he lands is a mystery Pro Team Venchi is one possibility so is Simply Red Bull and Festina but one thing is sure it won't be RBC.
Jeremy Roy (looking for transfer)
- Jeremy is actively shopping for his new team Bpost are likely to be first in for him while Volkswagen and Festina have interest he is also a sub target for teams like La Vie Claire and Bouygues
Geoffrey Soupe (looking for PT Loan/Transfer)
- Soupe could end up anywhere Puma looks a likely option though and potential swap deal with Festina another possibility.
Thomas Vauvourzeix (possible free agent)
-Thomas could get a contract or not it's up in the air at the moment.

Great to see you are keeping Pancake. For some reason I really like him and your team wouldn't feel the same without him.

Some new teams might be interested in your Croatian NC, Kristijan Durasek. Reason is obvious -> good rider from Balkan, national champion... We'll see.
Good luck in new season!

If any of your riders wants a CT Loan, Team Fletcher-Garneau is looking for some Canadians riders to feature next season.

I don't remember this. Keep your Canadian, they have no business in .

Yeah with him also getting a stat increase this year just more reason to keep him.

To be honest I have no real need to let him go he was a favourite of mine last season but I do like regional teams so we'll see.

And (now this is a longer term thought) we'll be back for one of those NC titles
Not a chance with Boily, Houle, Bovion and a possible improved Anderson

Duchesne has been talking about a possible loan this season maybe he will like a year with you.

Your team was more of a generalizations of his performances in CT and one of the only teams in CT at that point. Plus i forgot you'd stopped with Americans after last year.
One more thing guys I'm trying this new layout this season let me know if it's annoying to open up the spoilers and everything and i will change it back doing them to make it seems less cluttered. |

Spoiler
Alexander Cataford - Alexander will be our top priority in the free agency, his ability is among the best of the Canadian's at the moment and we believe that him joining us in an RBC jersey this season could only be good for the long term project.
Francois Parisen - A top target of ours is the improving old man who has come on leaps and bounds this season in national canadian races we expect to bid hard to make his hill and sprint service ours in the upcoming market.
Gregor Bole - A main we are looking at to boost our sprint squad coming from the recently disbanded Pivorana Lasko Bole would be a man capable in the sprints as well as the hills.
Oscar Gatto - Oscar is a target for us as his all round sprint, cobbles and hill skills make him the perfect team mate we will be willing to make oscar ours coming the transfer season.

Spoiler
Anthony Lavoine (Festina Canal) - We are looking at anthony to hopefully improve our sprint squad from last year his inability to negotiate hills is a problem but he is young and can maybe improve in the future, and possible that could be with us.
Fabien Talliefour (Volkwagen Mapei) - Fabien is a rider we had plans on trying to sign last year but it didn't work out we here he is a little unhappy with his current team and may make an offer during the window.
Julian Simon (Project 1t4i - Simon got caught up in bidding war last year and ended up in the World Tour on a very high wage though he didn't live up to his wage. We are still tracking Simon and may be able to bring him to RBC during the window.
Cyril Gautier (Bpost) - Cyril's poor performances this year have been well documented but it did pick up towards the end of the year with a French National Championship win though with his manager unhappy perhaps he could become an RBC in the window.

Spoiler
Romain Vanderbiest - One of our biggest targets we are willing to go big for the former Pearl fast man, His talents in the sprints could help us with our goals when the revealed soon too.
Alessandro Ballan - Ballan would be a target to lead our Classics division with it looking like our outfit may have to race these more frequently this year he along with Talliefour our our main targets in this area.
Trent Lowe - Looking for a mountains leader Lowe is not the only rider we our thinking about there and we have a wide range of names on this list but at the movement he looks the most likely.
+1 Unnamed Punchuer - A talent that if we get could complete most of our goals this is secretly under wraps though and Bauer refused to tell us more then his favoured discipline

Spoiler
Interviewer: Hey David how's things going now the season has finished?
David Boily: Hey guys, great I just came back from the team training camp up in France with a few other guys from the team and we'd just got our new jerseys and kit so that was cool as well.
Interview: Not new bikes though?
David Boily: No there not here yet so I was on my old Canyon frame, still does the job though I can't wait for our new Argon frames.
Interviewer: Last Year you managed 2 stage wins in Algarve and Utah and some say you outperformed were many people thought you would be how do you feel it went?
David Boily: Yeah! It was a great year I feel I performed better then I could have expected but i'm just getting better I feel a lot stronger this year, and rides from last year who would drop me are now struggling to hold onto me, like I had Christian Meier struggling up Alpe D'huez a week ago.
Interviewer: How does it feel to be riding for a full Canadian licence squad?
David Boily: It amazing the chemistry me and the other members of the squad built up this year was great, having a set focus with us and french riders makes us such a tight group, though even the guys from outside Kristijan (Durasek) and Georgos (Tzortaksis) bonded well. Though i have heard of more Canadians coming in this year which i look forward to so much, I might not be here so..
Interviewer: That's right, The manager has openly said you'll be leaving for the World Tour this year what's your though to that?
David Boily: To tell you the truth I can't wait!!, it's the biggest stage of them all and has the biggest races of them all i'd love to go there and get a ride in a grand tour this year that would be a perfect season.

Nice equipment there! MG peloton is going to look so stylish this year.
We'll meet in Eneco it seems. Can't see us matching up much at any other times Boily is already quite a crafty rider and should return to be a formidable point scorer. Good hill, time trial, sprint and mountain combination he's got. Unfortunately you'll have to send him off to develop, but it'll pay its dividends
