2014 dawns giving us a new future, a bright future, a red future, a Spanish future.

Santander have gone down in history as the first team in the man game to win 2 GTs in a single season.


This year they make it three.

Angel Madrazo and Justo Tenorio led us to glory last year, however one American stood in our way.

That will not happen again.

Valls and Lopez Garcia are ageing, one towards their prime, and one away from it. But their minds are ready, and their bodies are supple.

Del Nero, Echarri, Gallego Martin, on other teams they barely get paid, glorified domestiques. For Santander they are the engine, controlling flat stages, maintaining order.

Serrano, Rienda Segurra, little more than mountain goats, but they will spend hours up every climb pulling us to victory.

This is it, the year where Santander hunts, finds, controls the Grand Tours.

The Director Sportif may be slightly insane, but the riders have the legs, and the mind, for VICTORY

Santander have resigned all our riders, because we value loyalty.

Jesus Del Nero might be for sale, because at a wage of 100,000 he's a steal, and I couldn't deny him an opportunity to add value elsewhere.
