In the first race of the month the team traveled to Spain to compete in this classic.Before the race expectations were high because the profile and the initial list did anticipate the possibility of Haussler get a good result.
Unfortunately that did not happen, the team tried to control the race, and Fiedler tried his luck towards the end but the race ended in a mass sprint.
Haussler was still at the wheel, of the main favorite and everything seemed to be going well but unfortunately was a bad day and ended up away from the fight for the top places. No doubt this was a bad race for us

The goal in this race was going through achieving at least one stage win, the general classification was secondary. Kupfernagel it was the best chance for achieving this objective and it turned out to not disappoint by winning the 2nd stage in a clear way. But the team has not only done this, has always been very active throughout the race, which would eventually be worth several top10 of stage as well as the mountain classification and 2nd place in the points classification.

A race to stay in the team's history...
Before the start of this race the aim was to try to achieve a stage victory and the final top 5 by Kupfernagel. Vantomme, Ciolek and Avelino were the top favorites but that does not deterred Kupfernagel which began discreetly and was always improving his performance until finally in stage 6 reached the stage victory and also the leadership of the race. Leadership that was further enhanced with the victory in the following stage. In the last stage a successful break, has facilitated the kupfernagel task, which had only to control Ciolek to secure victory in the overall standings as well as the points jersey.
The team could not be more pleased with the performance of our leader who at the beginning of the season was looked aside by many, but with several victories has helped to keep the team away from the fight for relegation

The team left for this race without much hope for a good result, the combination of hills and TT did not favor our riders. The only hope passed through the flat stages, and there again Kupfernagel was the man to discuss the wins. As has happened in recent times Kupfernagel not defrauded the expectations and managed to win the first and the final stage.
Taking out those victories the rest of the team passed through the side of the race. Our top-ranked in general it was not even able to finish in the top40

One of the most important races of the season so far. The objective was obligatorily the victory as this was our third goal of the season.
Starting one of the main favorites to win, our team had great pressure on her. Pressure that was even greater with exit too early to the road. But this duo did not disappoint and soon established the mark to beat. Although some teams have been close, none would beat our time and so Balloni and Fiedler were able to celebrate another win and a goal achieved this season

With season more or less halfway is possible to take stock of what has happened so far.
In a year full of successes some have been highlighted, the sprinter of the team have been one of those cases. Not being the best of the pack the truth is that they have managed to surprise the competition and obtained results worthy of note. Among Kupfernagel and Haussler are already seven stage wins, as well as victories in the points classification and also in GC.
But let's look more closely at the season of these two riders:


Heinrich Haussler had an beginning of season quite off, the German veteran sprinter took some time to make his mark on the pack. It was not until six races and nearly 20 race day for the first decent result appears, in the third stage of the Tour of Romandie Haussler would finish in 2nd place. This result seems to have increased his confidence, since from that day are quite the positive results by the rider. The 3rd place in Interlagos was the result that followed, a few days later came the first and only win of the season. In the 2nd stage of 5 Jours de Dunkerque would achieve victory, this was indeed an almost perfect race was beyond this result also reached the podium in stage4. In addition to these stage results the rider went on to win the points classification as well as finishing the race in 4th position overall. Running at home would finish in 7th place, of Berlin ProRace, these are the results that make this a positive season for the German.
The next race will be Criterium du Dauphine Libere.

Danilo Kupfernagel is living his dream season without doubt the best of his career. It did not take long to start to attract attention, since in the second race of the season achieved the first victory, having won the 2nd stage of Tour of Eritrea and stayed in 2nd in the points classification in the same race.
About a month after this race would come to achieve a historic feat either for himself either to team winning the FBD Eire Tour. The performance in this race was almost perfect, have finished all the stages in the top10 and got two wins in stages 6 and 7. These results allowed to win not only the race but also the points classification. Not getting satisfied would come to win just days after the opening stage and the Final stage of the Tour of Ukraine, Not getting satisfied would come to win just days after the opening stage and the Final stage of the Tour of Ukraine, was followed by a few races less successful but last month the victories eventually reappear. Eneco Tour was his last race so far and was once again highlighted by winning the 2nd stage and lead the race until the final stage, which eventually fail and fall to the 4th position overall.
All this makes this a successful season for the German sprinter whatever happens from now on, just like Haussler will be present at Criterium du Dauphine Libere.
