The transfer market is there and like all teams we have had a lot of moves with entries and exits in our squad. Unfortunately so far the team could not hire no leader able to ensure decent points.
Still the reinforcements start to arrive and we move on to their presentation.

The Spanish rider is already far from being in his best form but he could still be important in the team. With the absence of a candidate rider for the GC our riders should have more possibilities to enter the breaks and then Valls can win some points, either for possible good rankings as well as for the fight of the mountain rankings.

The New Zealand rider is undoubtedly a key element in the possible success of the team when the time comes to launch our sprinters. The characteristics it has are ideal for being the last element of our sprint train. He should also have opportunities throughout the season to lead the team in smaller races

The market continues to move and now it's time to present the big guns of the team for next season.
The team is slowly taking shape and we are getting closer to being prepared for the tough battle that faces us

The great transfer of the team for this season, will undoubtedly be our top leader and much of what the team can achieve will go through what he himself can achieve.
Kennaugh prepares to make the last season at the highest level before starting to lose skills. He joins our team after an excellent season at PT where he managed to finish within the top 30 riders and 5 pure sprinters.
He will have the difficult task of replacing Ben Swift but I fully believe he will be up to the challenge.

As Kennaugh will be an important rider for us, and will have the possibility to lead the team whenever the Brit is not present.
Guardini was hired to replace Fabio Silvestre, curiously the rider who was behind him in the final classification of the PCT, so if he manages an identical season he will make me a happy manager.

Another Italian who joins the team, but who doesn't come to lead. It will still be important as he can play various roles throughout the season. His main role will be to help Paulinho in hill races, but with his characteristics he may well achieve some important results in less selective races. I really hope to see him attacking in several races throughout the season.

A rider with a lot of similarities to Gabburo, and that is why it is hoped that he can play a similar role. I just don't expect to see him on breaks as often as the Italian, due to the lack of fighting skills and the difficulty of running on flat terrain.

For the first time in the team's long history we have a decent rider on Cobbles.
Of course he will be the team leader whenever we come across this type of terrain. It is far from being one of the best in this specialty, but it is still an option capable of guaranteeing us some points throughout the season.

If you get the balance correct between both very good sprinters Kennaugh and Guardini, then I think you are in for a good season.
