Eneco Tour
The Eneco Tour has become one of the most prestigous sprinter's stage races in the PCT: Lo Cicero (2013) and Vantomme (2014) took the primes in the past two years, when this event made it back on the MG calendar after being first held from 2007-2009 (Zabriskie, Cancellara and Gilbert as the other previous winners here).
Four flat stages, no real difficulties (except of possible crosswinds). With the new F1 Style bonus system, we should definitely expect the best sprinters to contest for the win/Top-10 here.
The Startlist
The Favorites Rider | SPR | ACC | | Rider | SPR | ACC | Ciolek | 83 | 79 | | Nizzolo | 80 | 79 | Cavendish | 82 | 81 | | Keukeleire | 80 | 79 | Vantomme | 82 | 78 | | Groenewegen | 80 | 79 | Avelino | 82 | 78 | | Rowe | 80 | 70 | Van Heerden | 82 | 73 | | Docker | 79 | 77 | Nelson | 81 | 81 | | Von Hoff | 79 | 77 | Ahlstrand | 81 | 80 | | Korzh | 78 | 80 | Boonen | 81 | 77 | | Merino Criado | 78 | 80 | Kupfernagel | 80 | 80 | | Fonseca | 78 | 77 | | | | | Van Asbroeck | 78 | 76 |
Vantomme surely enjoyed this race in the last two years: overall victory (and two stage wins) last season, 3rd overall two years ago. The Belgian should be amongst the very top-favorites without any doubt.
Ciolek wants to bounce back from his 4th place in 2014. It's his race to loose. Two-time runner up Cavendish wants to win this now. Avelino, Van Heerden, Ahlstrand, Boonen, Nelson and Kupfernagel make it a ridicolous startlist.
Nizzolo, Keukeleire, Groenwegen and Rowe as a few more 80+ sprinters, while Docker, Von Hoff, Criado or Korzh should be happy enough to participate at the bunch sprints.

Good memories from last year, alas this one won't be so good Really if Asbroeck bothers to contest the sprints that will be a big achievement.

One of those races where I expect the old Groenewegen.
Would be cool though if his trend goes on and je contests with some solid results.
Vanmarcke for late attacks or in case my team might even make a sprint train together with Sbaragli and Krieger. |

One of those races where I don't really know what I can expect. Sure Boonen is a top sprinter but so are many other. Can't say the field is surprisingly good as this was to he expected but still, it's immense.
Don't think Boonen gets a train but I still bought my best riders for that case in Wagner, Dzamastagic and Dakteris.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Win goal for my team
It will certainly be impossible to achieve this with so much sprinters in this race...
But at least I hope that the team is competitive and that Kupfernagel be able to fight for top 10..
this one goes to Cavendish

Not much hope for the flats at Eneco Tour. Best strategy will be to get Kohler or Taramarcaz in a breakaway collecting bonus seconds for a top 20 overall. Fonseca... well... would be nice to see him appear when then camera opens it's view for the sprint setup.

This will be hard for us to do much here, pretty much the whole division has shown up so Rowe would be lucky to do anything other than a top 10, I'd like to be in the breaks but we are never in them, no need to complain

I'm really hoping that Keukeleire gets a nice nationality bonus and that proves enough for him to get some bonus seconds.

74 | Pedro Merino Criado | Vesuvio - Accumalux | s.t. | 75 | Juan Van Heerden | Eritel - Sonatrach | s.t. |
Let's move on quickly...
Never really had any huge hopes for this race but is a shame that, as seen elsewhere, every race seems to have one of the faster sprinters doing nothing - while weaker sprinters do get to join in.
Finally a win for Cav! Sutty will be pleased.

Ahlstrand already achieved more here then in Olympia Tour even if it's tougher sprint field here. |
