2a. Unpack the PCM14ASODB2014Stages.rar on your desktop.
3a. Copy the CM_Stages folder and paste (merge/overwrite) it in the folder where you have installed Pro Cycling Manager 2014 (usually C:\Program Files\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2014).
2b. Unpack the PCM14ASODB2014.rar on your desktop.
3b. Copy the 8 folders (from 3D to Xml) and paste (merge/overwrite) it in the folder where you have installed Pro Cycling Manager 2014 (usually C:\Program Files\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2014).
4b. Copy the ASODB2014.cdb to ->
C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2014\Mod\Database.
5b. Copy the top_giro.xml and top_tdf.xml to ->
C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2014\Users\*YourUserName*\Import.
6b. Start Pro Cycling Manager 2014 and choose the ASODB14.cdb @ Database/Options, also check if "Rider faces" is turned on @ Graphics/Options. All other options are personal preferences, that you can customize.

I liked this db last year but so freaking annoying correcting all the Spanish/Colombian names... no idea why you make it like this, its like making a soccer db with names like Ronaldo de Assis Moreira instead of Ronaldinho, i would think it takes hours correcting names no one cares about...

These long names are one of the signs of Olegs databases for years. I was also surprised and bit annoyed at first time, but i got used to it later and it is nice. In the end, it is their real names, they just dont use it whole.
So i think you will have to avoid the database or correct it again.

Will definitely download. This looks like by far the best DB at the moment.
Names-wise, I agree with Oleg. It pisses me off, but it's their real names at the end and it's much easier just to copy-paste from UCI's official site. J. Rodriguez won't turn into J. Oliver, but J. Rodriguez Oliver, so it will be easy to recognize him and I can't really see the problem there.
