May sound weird for a guy who has played this game since it first appeared, but could someone please explain me what exactly those three stats mean for your riders during a Grand Tour....
Which one has effect on how fast you can recover yellow and red during a stage, what has effect on how much green you have left the day after a mountain stage and so on.
I´m having a hard time pinpointing what exctly each stat does ! |

Stamina is the Green bar
Resistance is the yellow (red)
Recovery is the recovery of the green bar between stages in stage races.
They all help eachother. If you have high resistance, you will loose less green, which will let you have more green for the next day. |

Just to add to SuperKid's points :
Stamina only plays part in stages longer than 200km, and doesn't affect stages <180km.
Resistance is important for, well, attacking, but also surviving past attacks.
Recuperation. Does what it says. Defines how riders recuperate, AFTER each stage. So not during a stage… only afterwards

As far as I know, it does affect every meter ridden, but the differences in green bar among the PT riders f.e. will be so small that it'll be unnoticeable in the smaller stages. We try to run a test and put a rider with 85 STA and 50 STA in a 170 kms stage and see how will they be performing at the end of the stage. But I'm pretty sure it'll affect.
Btw, according to this thread, there will be green bar consumption as soon as the BMP goes above 145.

Previous tests have shown that STA doesn't matter in stages shorter than 200 km. Simple as that
Sobrano has tested it a couple of times. Couldn't be bothered to find all his threads, but this is one of them: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....ost_414958 |

Thanks Lachi. I'll spend some time reading through them.
I've played PCM for some time, but there are many things I don't fully understand and they aren't explained in the manual. |
