Endurance and Resistance test

this skills works well.
Resistance work same than in the old pcm editions
with same effort an high value of Resistance make you save yellow bar

what about Endurance? something is changed respect the past but the effect is similar:
in the past an high value of Endurance with same effort, slow down the green bar consumption (for long stages)
in pcm 2011 an high value of Endurance with same effort, DONT slow down the green bar consumption but give you more speed.
a raider with high endurance can reach an higher speed than a raider with low endurance (always same effort)
the effect is similar because a raider with low endurance have to increase effort to reach enough speed to follow high endu raider and accordingly, low endu raider burn more greenbar/yellowbar and redbar
so endurance is linked with speed and indirectly affect all bars (green-yellow-red) consumption.

Endurance effect is, as in the past, appreciable only after 200km
up to about 200km there are not difference between a raider with endu=80 and endu=60
so Endurance work only for long stages
