Without any true contender for the race we would hope for a chance the breakaway could win, and it did; however similar to many other disappointments already this season we once again could not figure out how to join this breakaway and instead watch this race from the sidelines. Very disappointing to perform so poorly in a wildcard bid and upset with the team.

Last year we sent Summerhill as our leader, hoping the rough white roads would play to his strengths and we were sorely disappointed, this year we take a more typical approach and send our best puncheurs to the race. We have a little depth but as usual will not be favorites in any way. Just looking to find a way to scratch out some points without using Danny.

POINTS!!! We got some points off the cobbles! While the results aren't great, this easily surpasses our best point total without cobbles, and a decent finish for Chaves and a very good finish for Rodas Ochoa who isn't supposed to be doing this well here. Our top signing Beltran though was very disappointing on the other side of things.

Our second PCT race on the cobbles, which of course means a good chance for points and even another win for Danny Summerhill. While this profile doesn't fit as perfectly with the terrain more flat, the cobbles should prove challenging with several long sectors, and hopefully no mechanical incidents will get in the way of a second victory for Summerhill.

It would be a tough day for everyone as the race starts in wind and rain. Danny wouldn't be detered though as he would attack the field until they were shattered, and then attack them again…and again…and again…and again. However it wasn't meant to be another victory as a few were able to hold on and still yet only Thomas could best him in the last sprint.

Back to the PT for Danny who does get a decent amount of time at the top level. He needs to find a way to be a little more successful here though as unlike the PCT he can't just blow away these top riders with a continued array of attacks. Bewley becomes the man to mark as usual, and obviously you can't go into the last kilometer with him.

A quiet day for Danny based on his standards on these cobbled classics, but with others favored in the Pro Tour ranks, he was able to just sit by and wait for his chances. Danny would have to show his class though when a break of Bewley, Van Avermaet and Burghardt got away and Summerhill would be the man to bring everything back together. It wouldn't change much as Bewley and Van Avermaet would go 1-2 in easily outsprinting their rivals, but Summerhill would take third, and a spot on the podium!

Gent - Wevelgem is typically more for the sprinters, but we can hope for some driving wind and pounding rain to make the route more difficult and better for the strong men of the race. Even if we see a sprint we still expect a good result from Summerhill, though I think we are more or less outsiders for a win on this cobbled race. Perhaps we could find ourselves with multiple point scorers though which would be a nice way to boost ourselves from this event.

A mix of emotions, we weren't expecting a win against what would likely be a sprint finish, but without the mass sprint I think more would be expected than a third place result. We also would have certainly liked to see one of the other riders find a way to get some points inside of the top 25 as well. All in all I think we have to be happy the way the race turned out, and getting the third place was better than we expected going into this classic.
Dadly Corwin is in the break of the day.
The team knows they still need to toughen up the race.
Summerhill with Vanbilsen and Baugnies are the final trio.
Disappointment as he knows he should have done better.

We are truly excited to be in this years Tour of Flanders, the profile suits Summerhill perfectly, and gives makes us think we have a serious chance to pull off an upset in a monument. Obviously we need to beat Bewley, and I think Van Avermaet will prove to be incredibly strong here as well, but we have to like our chances.

E3 is one of our goal objectives this season, with a top 5 finish being demanded by the sponsors. As a HC race, there are lots of points available to us, so we need to perform well. Summerhill is the clear favorite for this race, and we need him to be at his best to recover from what feels like a dissappointment in Gent - Wevelgem.

The toughest single day cyclists have to face, both hills and cobbles which should have been good for Summerhill. Unfortunately this would just be another dissapointment on his list for PT racing as he continues to struggle in the top level. Sure many riders would covet a 10th place finish here, but for Danny the top step of the podium is the goal, and this wasn't very close.
Summerhill misses out on the best move.

A big day for us, as we approach our first team goal. We started conservatively with only a top 5 objective, though let's not pretend that winning wasn't the main goal. Danny would perform at his absolute best here and left little doubt in the result and reaffirmed his place at the top of the PCT.
The team works well to keep Danny at the front.

Our showings in tours has been nothing short of awful so far this season, so a turnaround is needed. Both of our big new signings, Beltran and Chaves will be riding in this race and we need results. It doesn't have to be wins, but some sort of placing will be good enough.

More cobbles up next for Summerhill and the cobbles crew. This is a chance at a stage race with a very significant amount of total points available. With it being a tour and leading off with it's toughest stage, there could be lots of points with an early win.

We got a solid number of points where has to be our primary concern when racing these days, though clearly not as much as it could have been if Danny had won the race. Still a second place isn't bad, many teams would like to have this problem.
