Sorry if this is answered elsewhere, but on what is the wage a rider wants based? It it results, stats, anything else?
Mixture of a lot of factors I think, like previous wage, overall, results from previous season, years spent in team etc. No-one knows the whole formulae though, and there are random elements as well I think.
The best bet is probably to look at riders wages in previous years that are similar to your riders.
I agree that we shouldn't know the entire formula, but it would be good to know what the biggest factors are.
Pretty known that stats is the biggest factor
OK, thanks Heine!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Ok, about to send the first files out. A couple of reminders:
Please don't discuss your renewals with any other manager once you are under way.
2015 Wages should not be revealed until I say so - when all Renewals are completed. Apologies. Missed this.

Is there any pre-renewal DB, including all stats increases/decreases? I´ve found only v4 with new OVL rating, but there are many stats untouched yet.

The fact. A rider asks for a wage he thinks is the right for him. This wage demanded has differents factors like last season performance, last wage, overall, etc.
Now the question. Is the minimum wage acceptable also tied to the same factors as the requested salary or just to the overall?

Well, I´m not sure, as I forgot I made some minor changes in old DB manually. But still,

this guy should already decrease, or did I miss something?

I'm pretty sure the answer is close to 42...

Had forgotten to fix the random no decrease issue for some 1982 riders - and make sure I found everyone. Still, you've had a couple of weeks to point out specific riders to me.
All teams have now been sent Round 1 of renewals, while some are already finished.

Just a quick question. You mention that wages are no-go for now. Is it OK to make an update on which riders have renewed and which riders have been let go, if no figures are hinted out?

Post nothing at all for now.
It might influence people who have yet to finish renewals when they find out you've released Spilak

Wow, I'm really surprised I received money on top of the standard 3.5 million, considering I achieved 0/5 goals, won barely any races at all, and barely avoided relegation. I was really expecting to get the 3.5 and nothing else

I thought this, but it would really make sense considering some of the demands I've seen.
