Not all the riders though will be riding in the BUFF-Polska jersey the upcoming season. Let's explain some of our riders situation.
Looking for loan in PT
- Jorge Abreu: He's this kind of guys you always want to have in your team. Super allround rider. 71FL, 68MO, 70HI and 71TT. Also he's a tireless attacker with 78FI. He will try to be in all BA for sure!
- David Bartl: David will be a very nice SRer in the future. Now he can be a good support for your team. 72MO with 69HI and 67TT means he will be valuable for stage races with different kinds of terrains.
- Konrad Dabkowski: 74SP, 75AC and 73FL are great stats to be the third wheel of a sprinting team. Nice backup stats for a sprinter are also the 74RC and an always imprescindible 66HI
- David De la Cruz: Wow! Here there is a pearl. 76MO, 74HI and 72TT with nice backup stats. Very mature rider able to contribute right away. Don't overlook this guy!
- Kamil Gradek: Do you ever wanted to have the Polish NC champion in your team? This is your chance! He's a nice helper in the flat, hill and even cobbled races. 70HI, 73TT and 69CO. Come on! Just ask your shirtmaker for a new design!
- Jordi Simon: Young spaniard that with his 74MO and 75RE and just 65FI is the perfect man to be part of a mountain train. He will always be around your leader ready to help him.
Looking for a transfer to PT or CT
- Gracjan Lejman: The polish punchy beast is looking for new horizons! I'm sure there will be PT teams interested but this guy could be a monster riding in CT. Don't take the chance a neighbour steals him for you! 80K!!! It's a bargain!
- Mikel Nieve: Nieve will be a very serviciable guy in PT to help you wining a GT. 76MO, 73HI and a recovery of 75 he's the man you want to cover you leader back. But also any CT team could give him the chance to shine being a team leader. The salary? 90K! You won't find anything close to him in the FA pool for this price. He can be part of a swap offer if talking with PT teams.
Looking for an African team:
- Adel Barbari: It will be sad to see him go but Adel needs another team to be able to reach his potential. He was the rider who scored our first stage victory in our history. A potential of 71FL, 76SP, 79AC, 76FI and an always useful 72PR could be nice addition to a team focusing to the african continent.
He didn't buy a house, he's renting:
- Mango Nazaret: O Bode do Dourados. 80MO. He might be available, he might be not. If it's going out we'll be mainly looking for a swap where a spanish or polish rider(s) is(are) involved. In the swap, our team will be looking for mainly a sprinter.
The rest of the riders will be staying with the team if there isn't anything wierd happening.

Now that the transfer season is dying slow, it's time or us to disclose the goals of the Buff - Polska team for the 2015 season.
Win @ Tour of Vancouver
With the acquisition of David Abal we feel we have the tools to be able to compete for the Canadian race. Even though we feel more could have been done to strengthen the team for the last day TTT.
/ Win @ Volta a Catalunya / Vuelta al Tachira
We have two options here, one to go for the MO+TT combination that offers Catalunya or on the other hand the pure mountainous route in Venezuela. Abal in Catalunya or either Abal or Nazaret in Táchira could do good in these races. Another thing under consideration is the fact that Catalunya could be seen like our national race.
Top 5 @ Tour d'Andorra
Probably the hardest race in the PCT calendar. Only for the best and biggest climbers of the peloton. We are pretty confident that going with the double header we can take something meaningful from it
Top 10 @ Volcan de Agua Classic
Guatemala offers a true climbing fest with a circuit of three loops on the climb of Santa Maria de Jesús. It will test the capacity of suffering of anyone entering into the race. The team is still undecided as to whom might lead this race, Abal or Nazaret.
Top 10 @ PCT Team Standings
After last year's 14th position and the strong performance of some of our team members, we thought to push it a little bit further and try to reach the next level. With correct planning, the expected performances and, why not, some luck, we find this goal can be the icing on the cake of a very promising season.
