Overperforming brilliantly. I will most likely start to drop again, but it looks like I can avoid going down. At least with Rochetti and Anza doing great in Gabon.

Rochetti for now continues to belong to my team

Hah, thats pretty brilliant. Guess I have to many mediocre Italians to seperate them all. Pretty sure he had my jersey next to him though. Could kar.png and kap.png have been mixed up and then edited? Or are the jerseys just somewhat similar? In the microjerseys at least.

Projections are looking good.
But as TMM said, much can and will change. |

Well, it looks slightly better at least. If we manage to continue climbing one spot in every ranking update that remains, we might survive relegation |

Great season for Vontobel! Might be a bit early to celebrate, but we're really pleased with the achieved so far.
Thanks for the rankings update and great to see the man-game gaining steam, again!

Nah. This is always a risk when going the talent way. Over paying for Herklotz, riding CT races with U23 squads etc.
Also just having a top sprinter in a pure sprinter division and average leaders for other terrains was a brave attempt.
Still their leaders should score enough points in the end I think.

After just rereading the predictions at the start of the season, I will need to change my comment. We're not having a good season, we're having a great season. Our talents are already scoring points, we're forming breakways, we're controlling races. I'm really looking forward to see how the training goes for my guys
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

I was expecting the Top 10 rankings goal to be 50-50 to reach, but yeah...

Well to be fair I had that sprinter before everyone else had theirs
And those average leaders on other terrains will be 80 (Kelderman, Vogt and possibly Nerz with training) next season, why should I buy another short-term leader for those races.
Plus, considering other wages, Herklotz actually was a decent deal.
But basically, sprint classics AI screws me, and the fact that every second tier climber and puncheur seems to hit a lucky midstage GC break once except for mine.
Which obviously means that not only I don't score, but worse teams score more than they should. Double disadvantage.
And actually those C2 races were some of my more successful ones with Herklotz, still waiting for Middle East to hopefully resume with him in the lead after stage one, don't forget that.
Berlin is our HC win goal and a home race. That and Taihu is where we can make a good difference in the near future. They'll be crowded of course, but damn I invested 4 million in Ciolek training, and have a decent train.

Yeah, totally agree with you that another puncher would have been senseless. But scoring wise your 77 hill riders can't make a lot.
Nerz eventually gets a lucky break in future. And if Ciolek takes better results starting Berlin looks better again.
As said I expect you to climb |

Yeah true, but not in terms of being in the relegation battle imo. I think the team should be easily strong enough to be somewhere in the middle... But okay, I took a gamble last season with having too many talents. In the end it didn't cost too much, but I got far outside the top 5, which is my normal goal.
EDIT:
Just had a more intense look at the team, and I have to conclude that promotion was a no chance this season, I must have remembered wrong. But looking at next season, it is going to be one amazing team with two 80HI riders, a bunch of backup riders with 77, 76 and 74, three interesting climbers for points here and there, 2 very strong sprinters and a very nice setup as train, a decent TT'er and a pretty nice allround cobbled squad. And if the team then do manage to promote the team will be even better, as 14 riders isn't even maxed after this season. Wow...
I probably like it so much, because it resembles a lot like my own team. I have 12 riders that haven't even maxed after this season. The main difference is that I have that much bigger a budget to have riders like Spilak, Ricco and Guerao to keep me out of trouble.

Nice to see that I am moving upwards in the rankings, closer to where I should be. Kind of expected, after I participated in quite a few C1 races in the start of the season. Only one race above my division left(a .HC classic) so I should hopefully continue to climb in the standings.

Nice results so far! Nazaret that was our hope at the start of the season has produced almost nothing so far. On the other hand, Betancourt and Gonzalo have been excellent, Bostner had a nice result in the Interlagos Grand Prix and some small but constant scoring by the other guys have placed in an excellent position.
Right now we can be very happy for how the season is going, just hoping Nazaret to improve.

Slowing starting to get cut adrift at the bottom now, may as well wave bye bye to the PCT now!

Well, this climb was unexpected. I almost don't remember what our team did to move up this much, I think it was just consistent top 5 placements on GC and a few good placings on stages. Anyhow, I approve!
PpRD also looking good. Looks like with this update I need to find time to update my HQ, something I haven't been doing as much as I want to.
Spoiler I really feel guilty and hate to let result justify interest, but I really thought about disbanding if we were not going anywhere, as I now struggle to find enough time to put quality into this game. This might motivate me to do a bit more, hopefully (As you guys know, I'm not the type of graphical person that enjoys making things look good and all in HQs lol)

Another terrible period of the season we are just struggling constantly but we have raced to many cobbled races and with the gone and bellis having a few races left maybe we can stay up, maybe |

Welcome to my world, if there is a team screwed by AI, we are the winners by a margin at Metinvest.
515 points from so many races, incredible. Rabon continues to get around 25th spots if not worse and similar punchers are snatching top5s. Sprinters are not sprinting, Popovych is climbing like being rated 75 and Ignatiev failed in his races a bit (he is 68th in individual rankings, our best rider!). I am still not afraid about relegation in the end, because Ignatiev will have more races coming, but being 25th as outside promotion conteder tipped by majority is....MEH.
Thnaks for the update SN and all reporters for their work, i have a hell lot of catching up now.

Actually a shame about Puma. I hope for Cio's sake the rest of the season will be a turn around.
For us, the relegation battle will be close. Hopefully we can stay afloat somehow. We'll need some lucky wins from breakaways like many of our lower-tier counterparts have had.
Thanks SN for kick starting the whole MG season again! It's great to see everything progressing so efficiently!
