Not saying this had an impact necessarily, but why aren't we allowed to organize our riders into teams anymore? We used to be able to choose which Danes went on which Carlsberg squad, now it's random. Why is that? Seems like it'd be more necessary than ever now that we have filler riders and breakaways aren't winning as much.
Yes I miss that too, at least you were able to tactically influence the race a little bit; makes it following the NCs less interesting without it, it's now literally pray for the best and you might be lucky.

Iirc from last season, when it was already automatically it`s due to time reasons. There are plenty of teams, that fill more than one team and by waiting until they all responded, it would just be a long wait before to start.
Much simpler to do it this way really even though I get your point. |

For next season, a good compromise could be to make preferences only used if given at the same time as the route vote, seeing as you have to do a route vote to be eligible.

Wohoo
The best of the CT beats the best in France! What a ride!!
If I didn't love Gautier already this would certainly do the trick.
Guess I have to start working on a French NC then...

Just catching up on the Danish NC. Wow, couldn't believe my eyes there! Second NC title for Risa-Ergon. What a sprint from Jonas!
Horrible TT by Würtz. Did way better last year, but hopefully he can take it next year with some development.

Ah well, soon when Bewley goes and Kennett and Schreurs max there won’t be a terrain other managers can vote for that we won’t get the NZ NC
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

With that we thank Aviv Yechezkel for his services in the mottled jersey and wish him the best of luck back at his main team.
Nice to see him finish off a solid season with several breakaways by taking a medal.

Stelly Robert winning the French NC TT is a nice surprise! Probably saved himself a contract after a relatively poor season
What an upset

Ah, no Swiss RR champion this year, that's no good! At least the jersey goes to Sauber though, congratulations sammy.

Great to have the two most notable Israeli riders take the NCs back where they belong with us

Thank you for taking him on this year! Very glad you were able to take him on and help advance his skillset. Although what kind of cobbles team he's going to join now is very up in the air!

Thank you Would you believe that's the first time we've won it in the teams history.
Congrats on the TT title, Dillier should have it locked down for years now unless someone gives Kung lots of training.
Also it was nice to see Cancellara going out with a NCTT podium.

Well Omer gave a good shot, can't complain when Roy was there to take it.
