really should have had someone in the break there. In the end we scored decent for a CT team though top 10 would have been nice.
Thanks for the reports.

I feel like that's exactly the way every. single. criterium style stage in PCM15 goes.
Congrats to Wiesenhof for a great start to their promotion campaign, in comparison to knockout I don't really wanna see Kump do as well as he did here since I don't want him in PT next season
Vogt with a promising race until Willunga where he returned to his usual self...
Great reports roturn.

Seems like the whole team has caught whatever Vantomme had on Stage 4.
I'm not sure whether to be impressed or majorly disappointed with my team. We obliterate the entire sprint, yet forget to catch the break, leaving us with 8th, 10th, 14th, 15th and every other rider in the top 40, so much that you can see every rider in our team in the final screenshot. Not sure how I feel about that.
Congrats on the win Heine and thanks for reporting the race Roturn

First of all thanks for the reports!
Bit sad we didn't go in a single break and especially here on the last day...Oh well 3rd place in the GC is a solid start and I do look forward to see how Froome does in San Luis next month, with harder climbs I think he will do better there.

Thanks for the reports roturn!
Little disappointed with 8th, but seeing as the aim was 6th I can't complain too much. Petit didn't do a huge amount in the sprints, but the field was a bit too strong for him after all - and the one properly flat stage was a complete clusterfuck for the sprinters. Now to go and try to maintain our 100% winning record at Tachira |

Vontobel and Down Under really share a special relationship. Just like last year we've had a great time and nice booty.
Last stage turned out a small reperation run for teams with less luck the key stages..., but guess it will hardly relieves the pain about the missed chance.
Gratz to Wiesenhof, I'm optimistic this was just the first little step to Pro Tour promotion!
And (can't be stressed enough) thanks again for the steady and entertaining reports, roturn!

Nothing changed really since Willunga, just Ulissi ending his upward trend, which would have continued if it wasn't for that crooked xriterium break win
Congrats to those who got a lot out of this, and I'm delighted to say we're one of those

Thats what you call a 'happy-ending', no?
Perfect end to a what ends up with being a decent little race for us. 3 Stage podiums for Kump + 7th in GC is fairly satisfying.
Two stage wins in total, and one from the first succesfull breakaway of the year (?!), not bad!
Barbero played that sprint perfectly, had big hopes already when I saw him as one of the 'lucky-three' who got away from the remaigning breakaway and he nailed the final!
Thanks for the thrilling reports, Roturn, always highly appreciated!

Thank you for the race Roturn. I'm happy with the last day, Reichenbach shows up in the winning breakaway and Reinhardt finally contests a sprint (albeit on the day where a breakaway wins!)

Very nice effort from Ford on Wilunga, 13th in GC is fair. All in all only about 18 points from the race, yeah long way to safety! Thank you Roturn. |

First objective of the season completed!
Luckily this Tour was made way better by the nice reports, so thanks for that.
Our team'll need to step up its game in the next few races, though!

Thanks for the reports roturn, and congratulations to heine.
Probably the worst race my team's ever ridden. I honestly don't expect us to gain any real points until about 2 weeks to a month down the track, but this was still disappointing. Made it into three breaks and also got absolutely nothing from that.

Nice event for the first stage race of the season. Very well reported and with great visuals as well.
The most important thing I've noted is that Froome is extremely unrealistic. He only looks at his stem for a screenshot or two.
Congrats to Wiesenhof for the win. Way to start putting pressure on the promotion candidates.

Great race for me And great reports, the last stage was a bit underwhelming but I can live with it.
This ends January for me, with a pretty good points haul down under
