From the voluntary team disbandments, promotion is there for the Top 9. There are a couple of managers who have not logged on for a few months though, so it may be that more than 9 do end up promoting.

Great season, what a relief that it went so well
Fantastic Season for Kamil Zielinski and the man himself, Anthony Lavoine!
Must be one of the best signings of the year and to have him secure promotion is plain awesome It might have been a good season, but I hope not to end back here ever again
Gratz to Novatek for winning the title and big thanks to all reporters for making this fantastic season go so quick, but mostly gratz to tsmoha, roturn and SN for really taking this to another level, with many current standings keeping the tension
Good luck to everyone and all that will promote, will have deserved it and those that did not, must try and do that next season
Thanks for everything Sad to see so many managers leaving, but sadly it can't be avoided.

15th was not what we were hoping for, the main disappointment came from our sprinting department of course. Pelucchi and Peeters could not get a win this season, and most of the time didn't even bother to sprint. But at the end of the season, you get what you deserve and 15th is a few places away from promotion.
The good news is, a few riders got good progress, but next year has to be my last year in the CT or all my riders will be too old to finish their development at a reasonable age.
Thanks to everyone who helped with MG this season!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Congrats to all those teams who will be promoting to the PCT. Your skills in the transfer window and planning certainly deserve it and I wish you better luck than I had. To all others, I look forward to joining you in what should be a great season.

12th! That gives us a top half finish! I will certainly take that. And De Maar's 4th place in individual only counted for almost half of our points!
Congrats to all who promoted, that is the goal next year, no compromises!

Congrats to the winner, and those promoting. Now the fun really begins as the PCT is a huge competition, and seems so very difficult to plan.
I am happy to see 2 former Festina riders in the top 10, and another in the to 20, but most happy about Lavoine winning the rankings of course. It hurt to let him go a couple of seasons back, but when performing well, and securing his team promotion, it was the right thing to do. I will look forward to see what he can achieve in the higher rankings.

Top 9 promote?!
I find it weird that despite having a massive line-up behind Zeits, it seems to be very spread out the points we earn, 295 for Zeits, 220 for Der 168 for Stachowiak, etc. and Sinkewitz only got 38
Thanks to the reporters and SN for the season, it's been great fun.
And congratulations to all the other promoting teams.

Thanks SN, congrats Novatek and all the promotees
Better season than last year, though it's a shame we lost 16th on the final race. Top 10 will and a should be the goal for next year.

A huuuge thank you to all of you reporters and of course the organization, who have made my first season in mg such a rich, joyful experience, that left me sometimes mumbling words of confusion and anger on my way to work. Reports were fast and of high wuality, organization was ama-zin-ggg, and for the most part, I can look back on some sweet success, and while the title win eludes me for now, I hope I never get a chance to content for it again.
The individual rankings make me wonder how we actually ended up so high. Novatek has two guys before Langeveld comes in as 10th, what. I can't imagine a team that has a better basis of obscure, solid, who end up with more points than anyone bargained for. While I already think of lay-offs, there'll be a need for a true star signing. Guys like Tulik, Einsle or Langeveld have already proven though that PCT is a good scoring ground for them though.
4-out of 5 goals were achieved, so at this point just wanna say fuck yeah for once. That we missed out the top 5 goal in a race where we were the big #1 favourites is the most disappointing fact of the season.. we coulda gone 100% in our first season and that would have been really memorable. But in this way, its a season of almosts.
Congratulations to my fellow promotees, I hope we the class of '15 can make a lasting impression in the PCT. It'll be a tough season for Strava.

For the next year: never predict the team you think will finish 1st as 1st in your CT predictions. That is not gonna work. Don't think anyone predicted Novatek to even promote in the top 5, I think I had them just outside the top 10. Strava always looked strong and it was always gonna be either outside the top 10 or on the podium. Tennant didn't work as he should have had, nor did Favilli because of his backups, rest of the team was ridiculously overperfroming. Congrats Selwink and Shonak, the luck is always on the best's side
Fablok managed to get for 75k,aided by my silliness, the by far best CT point scorer. He could have been mine and I could have won CT but well, I'll get a better sprinter for PCT Nice work to you too, Danny.
I had DeLaval and Compal on top of my predicted rankings, with Indosat just behind them. All of them outside of the podium
Compal could never have failed with that team, Indosat could have because of the risk they had taken with some of the riders they had bought, Signorini surely paid off for instance. Should have gone for him, didn't have the balls/cash but it's lovely to see he did so well for a team. As for DeLaval, I honestly expected Vastaranta to do better, especially with Favilli sucking so much, while Anacona was on par with the expectations, rest of the team not quite. Then again I still don't completely get Atlantius' planning. Although I guess if you don't take some big gambles in CT, it's not worth to do that in the other divisions. Nice job to you guys as well.
Talked enough about my very own team, which I for one overestimated, sweet to promote, bitter to do it in 7th,will have to take it I guess.
In-N-Out was overly underestimated in the off-season, alll of their riders lived up to the expectations, so I'm looking forward to battle them in PCT. Netia on the other hand could have done a Gazelle but it looks like having too many leaders in CT is not any good. They deserve to promote with such a team though, they will face the transfers with an awesome base.
Sancor in 10th is about expected I'd say. I had them at 9th just because I thought Richeze would score even more, will be thrilling to see what they manage to do in PCT? with a team they basically have to build from scratch, almost. Sad about Alpina, probably the most inexplicable disappointment of the season.
I am proud to say I was sure Carlsberg would do so well, and that Severstal would fail. Not that I am happy about it, Silvio. Surely Khripta was a big mistake that changed all your plans, you could have finished so much higher with a great stage race leader like him. Definitely hurts to - most likely - miss out on PCT.
As for all the other active teams, nice to see yoi stayed active all season long! Next year will be definitely better for all of you
Thanks to SN for keeping this running so smoothly and to everyone else involved! Looking forward to the next year

Congratz to CT winner Novatek! Interesting that the closest division win in the end was CT. Great hilly/sprint depth seems to have done the trick!
Great season for Strava aswell. A team who much remind me of Gazelle. Full of depth although shonak slightly focusing more on cobbles and DD slightly focused more on hills.
I remember both Novatek and strava dominating some races so not surprising to see them both came out on top.
Congratulations to all the other promoters aswell! Always interesting with alot of new teams in PCT for the upcomming season, especially in transefers.
Thanks to all who made this season possible and just gotta say. when I season goes by so quick(in a good way) is it really hard to lose interest. Smoothest mangame season ever, so far atleast?

So tight in the end and very difficult and unpredictable division with twists and turns all the way.
Strava - with Shonak at the helm was unashaedly my favourite team with a soft spot for Ian's Argentinian mob. Both I will follow with interest as they probably move together into the PCT.
Congrats to Novatek - Selwink is a good solid active manager so always good to see divisional winners going to guys who really are in the game. Basically heartening to see som many of the boys I have enjoyed playing with in the Story games section moving on up.
@BBlover: would not be that surprised if you were close to top of CT league next year

It's been a wonderful season and 10th is perfect for us. Just what we hoped for. Richeze could've scored more points but the competition was tough so we can't complain.
I don't think we're ready for promotion, however. We don't belong on the PCT and I think we're better off building up a stronger team first.
Congrats Selwink and also Shonak. Amazing season! |

Congrats to those who promote.
I love to see those top teams all being very active ones this season. This is a huge plus and shows that the right teams are being up there.
Well done and good luck in next years PCT season. |

A final two months of low points scoring was disastrous and the gap to Akzonobel - Statoil opened up. Only Baz in the Top 100 and even then just 162 points is not enough. 1 win all season isn't enough and we need to hit our targets in transfers.
Well done to all those promoting! Congrats to Selwink and Novatek for the CT title and thanks SN for the updates with the rankings

It's been a season full of ups and downs and in the end I am content with where we finished. I made some huge mistakes in the transfers which is what cost me so many points. I also fudged up my goals, but i think I will do better with both of those things in the up and coming off season.
I am actually very happy to see Gabor Fejes score 100 points and his wage is only 50k! Mezgec was disappointing considering his huge wage. I was about to murder Simon until he put on a huge performance in the last two months of the season. Fankhauser didn't score many points but that was probably because he wasn't a leader very oftenl but he still managed to score a few points.
Of course I would like to congratulate Selwink on the CT win. I would also like to congratulate all of those people who are promoting, you guys really deserve it! Hope you all do well in PCT.
Thanks to the reporters as well for making it a very fast season! |

Well, what a season that was!
Very frustrating to lose out on our top 10 goal by just 39 points, but I guess it just about sums up our season - there were some encouraging performances and our end position is pretty respectable, but I feel like throughout the season we were quite unlucky with several riders under-performing and we ended up just short of where we wanted to be - matt sums it up quite nicely a few posts above. Worst of all was Acevedo, who is one of the top 10 puncheurs in the division, yet managed to score less than 100 points - the number of times we lined up for hilly classics and I kept thinking to myself: "Well he's got to turn his season around and get a good result at some point, hasn't he?" only to be disappointed once again was quite exasperating. Sprinting honours this season were quite unevenly distributed - there was a large cluster of 79/80 sprint riders, whom we all expected to battle it out fiercely over the course of the season, but the likes of Lavoine, Richeze, Serebriakov and Kruopis really racked up the points while the likes of Forero, Meyer and Mezgec struggled. Still, I think I'm right in saying Forero went without a win this season, which is pretty disappointing.
There were some bright spots, however. Soler's win in San Luis was magnificent, really pleasing to see a win in a South American race, and he had a solid and very consistent season, finishing in the top 10 in quite a few stage races and finishing a very nice 12th in the rankings. Perhaps the best moment of the season was Orozco's unexpected victory in Azerbaijan in what was a highly unusual and thrilling race. Out of the talents that are slowly maturing, Edison Bravo was the best, scoring over valuable 50 points and levelling up to 74 Hill next year he will only be more useful.
Now Alpina is at a turning point, and that turning point is the promotion question. Ideally, having spent two seasons in the CT, we would love to promote as not only have we assembled a reasonably strong squad, but it would also be greatly beneficial for our talents so we don't have to execute a mass loaning programme. From the sounds of it we may still be in with a chance, so we will probably have to wait anxiously over the next few weeks or so to find out the result of SN's hammer!
Finally, some congratulations are in order for several people. To Selwink, for bouncing back from a very unlucky season last year to claim the title at the last minute; to Shonak for developing a squad that seems to have quickly become a fan favourite and competing so well up to the last minute, 2nd is still an achievement to be greatly proud of and I am excited to see what Strava can do in PCT! To Atlantius, for demonstrating that finishing last in your first season isn't the worst thing in the world and racing really well this year (as well as improving the look of the peloton with that beautiful bovine jersey); to Ian for winning what became quite a closely-fought battle of the South American teams, well done to you sir, and of course all the other managers who have helped to make this a wonderful CT season that I have really enjoyed. Lastly to SN, without whose dedication we would be nowhere, and the reporters for making it run incredibly smoothly - in particular a special mention to tsmoha for the staggering volume of reports you got through this season, a sincere thank you from me
