Manx International
The HC rated classic has a very tough route with the peloton having to tackle an eleven kilometre climb with maximum gradients of around 15 percent, however this won’t be where the race ends as there is then a 9km downhill to the finish line.

It is hard to look past Di Maggio or Costa but Individual PCT points leader Sanchez Gil should also be hunting for the win. Last year's 4th placed finisher Betancourt should be hoping to get that podium spot that he missed ou on last season. Or perhaps we should look at 2012's winner Bellis for the win.

It looks good to have the #1 jersey but that does not mean anything.
Personally, I think Monfort is top favourite but my bet is on Bellis to win this.
Of course, I have quite some expectations on LLS after he failed in Nelspruit so i beg that LLS forgets that race and continues as he was before.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Would be nice getting another strong top 10 by Hoogerland and Hermans or Reimer in scoring places.
I believe Risa-Ergons recent form can continue here with Meyer doing great here. |

Nice memories here from last year! Oh, so sweet memories, when we took the Manx double... Oh, soooo sweet.

I certainly hope so, viking. Should fit both Meyer and Juul-Jensen very good, also bringing a wildcard in Trentin. Would be nice to get a good result here, to even out that dreadful Isle of Man ITT.
Cool to be racing alongside Aker here, hopefully we can beat them (and Ziesler to be the best Norwegian ).

Di Maggio recently had his best classic result in 2015 (6th in South Africa) and we're still believing he can do even more.
If it turns out less fast-paced Marcel Wyss might make good use of his tremendous downhill and finishing skills for a surprising result.

Our first PCT appeareance this year, nice to be back in the well known waters. Not a great lineup we put together, but Pokov can be an outside favorite for top10 with his decent sprint abilities for a puncheur. Good luck to all!

Important race! Looking for a top 5 here with Monfort. Because it's HC, there's also a good opportunity for some of our other riders to score points.

Great to participate here with a team of only Norwegians. No expectations considering a result, but hopefully we can join the breakaway and then cross fingers it lasts for a long, long time
Di Maggio should be the favourite, also considering the relatively short distance, but it's difficult to bet against LLS after his season.
Also fingers crossed Risa-Ergon does well, at least Meyer should have the tools to fight for a top 6, his sprint could be valuable if a smaller group fights for the win.

That will hopefully be Bystrøm, Dyrnes, Robinson Bugge or Hoelgaard! |

Win goal here and the downhill finish will suit both Bellis and Boily so hopeful but not certain |

The year before McEvoy was able to get a good result in this race, but unfortunately I think this year will be difficult to obtain a good result because none of my riders is able to be among the best

Just working hard to bank some points. No hopes for anything better than a top 12 finish.

Evonik with yet another LLS show to prove their promotion chances. Prio with a good sign by Costa also means, they are not giving up yet while Risa continues their trend.
Gazelle and Kenya not with the best result here. Neither leader wise, nor depth wise.
Teams like Aegon, Puma, Bpost etc. might take profit without being here. |

Superb race for Risa-Ergon with both leaders being active. Not that often you see that, I feel. Cool to see them continue their great form of late. But LLS this season is just sensational, congratulations, knockout!
Very disappointing from Di Maggio, doing absolutely nothing and finishing it with a bad sprint.
For our own riders, a tiny, tiny bit disappointing to not see them try anything, either going with the early breakaway or a move well before the biggest favourites started to push it. But it's not like it's unexpected with the team we had here, but you always hope, I guess
Thanks for the report, jihardy! |

This was a goal race for us. Like Nelspruit. We do nothing again. Unbelievable.
Not even an attempt Ben Nasser? 18th is a marginally better attempt but he should outsprint most of the riders in that group with that sprint stat. Instead he comes last.
So, top 5 goal missed. That's 0/3 now |
