Congrats to Berg! Contador with another really weak performance, but at least he tried I guess.

Well, Cunego to finish 14th in GC. That's a very decent performance from him, giving us 12 points from that, some unexpected points from U25, as we have 3 riders in scoring positions now. We won't score more than 20 points from here, but i'll take any point

Great racing again. Really bad day for Roche, while Barguil is starting to look like a very good signing. Surprised that Sicard wasn't able to gap the other favourites today. Still the favourite, but set for a really close battle in the TT. Looking forward to it!

Dear riders, there is a thing called the breakaway, maybe get in it when you're not going to be a factor in the stage.
Anyway, Martinez and Haga look set for a top-20 result and some points. That's the best I can make of this race.

Congratulations to fintas with this impressive and blod breakaway win.
On our part Kebede did a little worse that I would have expected, thats life.
At least the race changed into something memorable, with Rosa in the breaks and Kebede doing well on the mixed route at stage 4. The TT can only make things worse.

This just comes to show the immense difference between having 78 Mountain and 77 Mountain...PCM really does not seem to like these 77 Climbers, so I guess that Top 15 is something to be okay satisfied with. Though I have to say that we could have done much better on this stage and not lost that many positions, but oh well swings and roundabouts.

To be honest, I was hoping for a more dominant performance by Sicard, especially on the last mountain stage where he tried to destroy everyone, but failed.
Interesting final TT coming up. |

Unless he has a disaster in the Prologue, that should be a safe Top 5 GC for VDB which is a good result from him. Hopefully Cornu takes the Prologue tomorrow!

When I saw Sicard drop him with one big climb left, I thought he was dead and would be dropped by the favourites group, it's a massive relief to see him make it through the stage, and even better to see him not lose a single second to Sicard.
They're roughly equal in prologues but Sicard should have the edge, so not gonna hold my breath.
Otherwise LLS dropping out of contention was expected but grabbing the shared points lead makes up for that nicely.
Congrats to Berg after getting a win after some bad luck yesterday, so too to Ticos for securing a podium with a massive attack by Barguil!
And once again thank you very much for a wonderful report tsmoha!

The final result is okay, though it could've been so much more after the hilly stage. Overall a decent result. A little bit sad that Brändle missed out on the victory on the final day...

Cornu came here with one job which was to win the Prologue and he did exactly that so I'm glad to see that.
GC wise, I have to be pleased with Jurgen VDB finishing 5th and hope he can continue in similar form. Ruben Fernandez 28th and Zardini 32nd also in the mix.
Novak should take a point or two from his place in the U25 classification.
Overall a good race for the team. Thank you for the reports and congrats to those successful managers here!

Wow that is one terrible ending of the race. Duarte climbing like 75MO and Ford DNF. Thanks for the reports

Ah, Congrats CT!
Sicard was flawless and although Kwiatek did everything perfectly - limit losses in the TTT, gain time in the hills and keep equal in the mountains, it was never going to be enough and to come that close to beating such a perfectly suited rider is pretty great, so I'm extremely pleased with that 2nd place and shared points win is a nice bonus as well, actually quite surprised to get that.
The rest of the team performed well enough too, Mørkøv made some hilarious sprints, which I love. Pedersen also showed up at the front once too, we were a great TTT unit, Domagalski was a good domsetique on the hilly stage, while Kanepejs did alright there too and I'll give LLS the benefit of the doubt and say he had to do too much domestique work.
Finally, thank you very much for all the reports tsmoha! Loved the tension in that last report.

Haga with a great time trial, maybe fuelled by some DNF's but I'm glad with any point I can get. Overall not the best of races but without a true leader I never expected to score many points.
Thanks tsmoha for all the reports, and congrats CrueTrue on Sicard's win.

Kwiat got me worried there, but nice to see Sicard pull off the win. Definitely a much needed victory for Orange, although we didn't get as many points from this race as we'd hoped. |

First race with the "bigger boys" and i can be happy with what we got from here. Not a lot of points, that's sure, but the only thing that we could have done better is the breakaway. Instead of Prado, Roson should have been the one in the breakaway, as he would have been more suited to a KoM fight.
Congrats to CrueTrue for the GC win and thanks to tsmoha for the fantastic reports!

Congratz LLS on the stage and CrueTrue on the GC win!
Also Kwiatek deserves a big kudos for once again pulling off an amazing performance and almost doing the impossible (beating Sicard ). My expectations weren't very high as this was a mostly PCT startlist. Rujano didn't ride much but he got 20th and that was my "least-to-expect" goal so I can't be bummed.
Thank you tsmoha for the amazing preview and reports!

Thanks to tsmoha for some great reporting.
Congratulations to LLS with the stage and CrueTrue with the race.
Not many points in it, but all in all a fun ride for us.

Could have been better, could have been worse. At least we took the TTT and got some nice GC points for a couple days. It would have been nice to see Schelling shine in our home race though.
Congratulations to Crue, and thank you very much tsmoha for a great race.

Well, it started off nice with the stage win, but everything after that was the worst it could possibly have gone. 4 of our guys end up as DNF's too, which is insane.
Congrats to Orange on a deserved win, and thanks to tsmoha for the reports!
