Good stage for us. First break of the season with the Brazil champ, who I didn't expect to see this season. DMW with a nice top 10 too.
Just some crumbs, yeah, but they don't taste too bad! |

No reason Reichenbach shouldn't have been in the front group, very frustrating. I think its going to be a long season.

Oh that's not good... Froome has to collect more than 20 seconds tomorrow, fingers crossed this won't be wasted RD's :/
Again Lavoine marked by the slightest sign of a hill, oh well.. Can't wait for tomorrow

Yes!! Finally
Another horrible leadout, but it doesnt matter when Kump is this strong!
Much more positive with willunga in mind now. gc-jersey bonus might be what makes him finnish on podium in the end, lets see.
Thanks viking - surprised Kump managed to beat Reimer there tbh.

Ulissiiiiii why don't you ever position yourself decently?!
Good upward trend tho, 12-10-9 and finally 6th place. A win tomorrow? Possibly with over 20 on Kump? Would be decent. Mostly because that's the only way we can win. Thanks for the brilliant reporting so far.

I like to see a strong Kump in a race like this. For reasons.
Would be cool if he can defend the lead on Willunga!
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Same situation here basically
Hopefully my team will keep things together until the final climb up Willunga, from then on, is it up to Kump to minimize the losses.
Most likely scenario is that a top puncheur goes at the bottom and wins with an +10s gap to take GC aswell.
If only theres a big second group not too far behind the winner, Kump might aswell hold on

Caruso 11th in a less selective stage is a fine result, he is looking strong and ready to take on Willunga in the next stage!

Impressed by Sauber-Loanee Martin Weiss. If he has some energy left for tomorrow the time bonus can come in handy regarding the young rider classification.
Kump and Reimer with inredible strong showings. Won't bet on them getting dropped by (allegedly) stronger punchers at Willunga Hill. Betancourt shouldn't be underestimated, too... among the already named contenders.

This has been a good race so far - the AI has actually one a good job of controlling breaks and ensuring that the Corkscrew climb worked as it is supposed to. It should be an interesting stage to Willunga.
