Anything between 4th and 14th seems possible here, and I hope we'll have a lucky dice roll.
It would be rather important to only have the three favorites and the promoting teams like Fablok and Repsol from that close tier in front of us.
80 78 76 74 74 74 73 is probably our best TTT lineup in history. With four of those riders unmaxed even, this should be good practice to maybe attack the podium in the future.
And the bridge shouldn't be a big problem for us either with three 74+mo riders and two just below 70, but then again that could be too fast?

I... just... what? There's being poor in a road race where tactics can play a role and there are more variables. But to be that far off the pace in what should be a relatively straight forward TTT.... My jokes about being a PCT team feel like massive overstatements so far! F*ck i genuinly think we'd be fucked in the PCT based on the racing so far.

Seeing how close all those first half teams were stat wise and also time wise, 7th is fine enough for me. Could have been 2nd, could have been 12th really in that field.
Paillot likely not in a good daily form seeing he finished as one of my last riders, which probably resulted in losing some time in the speed up and final meters. That said, the last third still was the team`s best.
Thanks for the report and congrats Oleg for that win. |

We were even weaker than expected, shouldn't have sent Keizer with the squad.

Good start, but a bit off the pace in the end. Not far up to the podium and with especially Phinney on holiday, it surely could have been better, but decent all in all with the team that we started with.

What a result from Pluchkin and Co! Can't say I'm displeased with that!

Holy shit!
It felt like we had to have started too fast, but the team just kept flying. Insane.
With an average age of just 25,6 in this lineup as well. Mature beyond their age and experience. We will return even stronger.

Well.....I guess we can already conclude our transfer strategy should not have only been dubbed "TTT support for Herklotz GTs".
Congratulations to Tinkoff for taking home the expected and deserved win, and also to Bennelong who again must wonder how this result is supposed to make sense compared to their TT and TTT results over the last years. It would've felt weird to beat you though, no matter the lineup.
Thank you Tamijo for keeping track of this race very well!

Thanks, cio. A great result and nice surprise indeed. Apparently, a deep squad kinda paid off, even though we are lacking the top TT guys now. Obviously our guys had a good form as well, happy to see the good start into the season continuing on a familiar terrain. Didn't expect a podium here, which makes it quite a nice feeling.
Thanks for the detailed report! Well done. Congrats to Tinkoff!

Results didn't really matter, just wanted a nice screen with all the NCs but that kinda backfired
Thanks for the report tamijo, congrats Tinkoff! Russia on top in a TTT once agai.

Not our greatest TTT of all time, 4th is okay-ish but I really did think this lineup could aim a couple spots higher. Looking like we're just straight up getting bad daily forms so far, but surely it's supposed to even out by the end of the season?
No big deal and not too many points lost though, shouldn't be a season-breaking result even though it kinda messes with my goals prize a bit for next season.
Congrats Oleg, and of course thank you Tamijo for the in-depth report and even for taking the time to make the final standings table which I found pretty informative.

damn, shame we lost so much time in the final sector, could've been a better result. However, it seems my p10 prediction was pretty spot on

In this stacked field I guess 8th is a decent result.

Evonik and Isostar both not at the bottom, shame on you!

Hell yesss, this was my win goal for this season, very happy with this and thanks for the detailed report Tamijo. Now it's time to finally win a normal road race/stage again, because our last "normal" (not itt/ttt or nat.) victory dates back to May 2017!

Nearly the same time difference between from 1st to us and last to us. Someone really tried hard to challenge us for bottom spot

6th is a very decent spot, right were i expect us to be. Things were looking much better in the second check point, but faded a bit in the final kms
