Probably the prettiest race on the calendar! Hoping for a 'pretty' good race

Flügel! He flies to the win!
Great to see my former rider getting a win, beating the Hagen-monster

Some races tend to be stuiditly boring and hence not a lot to report then.
Though what I was missing: Pozzato attacked from the break and by the sound of it, he was clearly winning.
Then he got no mention again but the win was decided by the peloton/top puncheurs.
Probably should have been a mention later on that he was caught.
Flügel might not be the most consistent but when on a good day, he is one of the best easily.
Froome most consistent it seems with regular podiums, while Hagen is just too good for the PCT and hence 2nd almost not enough. Though even on a bad day, he likely makes a podium.
MOL with super depth in this top group. Really on a good season so far. |

How on earth did this race got together? Another bitter display of our team. If Grieg would have a supporting cast for Boasson Hagen this race would've been golden for them. MOL incrediby lucky this season so far.

All things considered this is a great result with a surprise performance from Shapira. It's good to see Froome being consistent, even when the race is not in his favor. Hoped for Poljanski to finish better though.
Thanks for the report

Another really poor race (AI wise). Boasson Hagen should have won that, but at least he got second. Frustrating to not get any minor points, with Skjerping all the way down in 48th place. Makes our scoring pretty average to be fair. Even more frustrating that we would have been scoring minor points in both Badaling and Grand Duche (if possible), but then nothing here and in Colombo.
The great season continues for Flugel and Kraftwerk, congrats to them. MOL also having a very good season, considering the predictions beforehand.
Thanks for the report, Aquarius

Here I was hoping Waeytens would improve after training him to 79. Stuyven apparently crashed out as well, what a disaster race for us.
Thanks for the report though, not your fault the PCT classics are a complete borefest this year.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Agree with roturn about Pozzato
Kinda lame racing, but at least a reasonable result. Had hoped for Meyer to do better and EBH shouldn't be 100% happy as well.
Thanks for the report anyway.

Another solid race from Gautier with some minor points as well. Especially Paajanen on 18th is good to see. A career best for him I think...

Got a bit confused by the report in the later stages, but can fill in the gaps. Another poor showing from the AI, wasn't this bad so often last year...
Yates was in the Top20, so i got that aspiration correct. Even if it doesn't exactly help.

Disappointing AI across all divisions lately. Good to see Flügel is working in PCT though.

Ok guys, thanks for the tip about Pozzato. Now i've included a line in the report when Di Maggio attacked, saying that this was the end of Pozzato's move. You can see Pozzato in that picture

Wow Canola in 4th, nice ride by him. Other than that, this was rather disappointing to read. Classics need to step up their game. Gratz to D2B.

I guess 8th is fine, didn't expect much more. nice to see JJ in the first group at least. Unfortunately, it was a pretty dull and boring race all around. AI hasn't given us much excitement in the new season so far. Hopefully that changes.

That's exactly what I expected in Almaty, not in Strade!
Guess we need LLS here to make it a good race. Really disappointing to not see some great racing though. Gratz too D2B of course and jaxika for having insane amounts of luck.
Thanks for the report Aquarius!

First forgettable race of the season for us, and to be expected with just Tsatevich leading the team. Hopefully Almaty will make up for this.
Thanks for trying to piece together a rather poor showing from the AI.
