Wow, kinda cool gamble to send Di Maggio to Tasmania instead of Beijing! Can't say, I had done the same, but from a neutral point of view, it's at least special
Yeah, it wasn't an easy decision... but somehow would've felt wrong to grab the wildcard and send a lot more crappy team.
And could've destroyed all the reputation we (and he) gained by winning Tour Down Under.

I'm not sure what to expect in this race taking into account the previous years. Hopefully, Montjuïc leave marks on pure sprinters because only then Haussler will have something to say.
The top 5 is the goal but whatever is below the top10 will be a disaster

I'm pleasantly surprised to see Boeckmans amongst some of the top sprinters here.
Impey should take this.

Fantastic preview Bushwackers!
This should be Impey really, but also Haussler or Boeckmans can do well.

Awesome preview!
I don't expect too much, but luckily I've brought a rider for almost every grade of selectiveness, so I hope I can pick up a top 10 here

I never know how this race can end. I hope this time we pressed the right key and we can bag a nice result either with Betancourt or Ventoso. Or maybe a BA... who knows...

This really is a wide open one.
If it comes down to a sprint, Impey must be the pick, but I fancy a break or a late attack even more. It really could be perfect for a rider like Trentin doing a late attack. And he has tried it earlier this season and not succeeded, this might be the time.
And thanks for a brilliant preview, Bushwackers! |

Copy that regarding Trentin, ember
Should be a interesting race. I have a good amount of faith in the duo Docker/Trentin. One of them should manage a top 10, I hope.
Lovely preview, very interesting to see Di Maggio here...

Wow, never expected a 1-5-11! What a result and an amazing leadout there from Marcato to drop all the other sprinters. Impey couldn't lose from that position. Only our second ever classic win, over 2 years after our first.
Admittedly a strange split there with so many riders behind, unlucky for those teams involved as it seemed pretty random with common rider type. Thanks for the report Bushwackers. |

22nd to add to 10th from DUC.... if this is the performances we're gonna give in flat rated classics then i give up on the season right now because it's not even close to being enough to keep us up.
Although the wage cuts it will lead to will be great
Impey did the business and his whole team did a great job so grats to fdog

Impey makes sense and so it's fine with me. Gratz, FD! Sprinters like Kip would always going to have a gamble here, even though I'm rather surprised to see such a long list of contenders dropping. Of course, this hill would always cause some damage.
Thanks for the report, Bushwackers. Nice read!

As I said on skype, Impey showing to be a good investment, nice by Nizzolo aswell. I had him once on another game, never did that well for me... :-p

Yeah that was strange. I'm not sure that they got dropped (because Di Maggio was back there), it was more like a split happened and then everyone sat up. Funky AI, but I think a small bunch sprint like that is close to what would happen in real life.

I dislike that my team did not attacked at any point during the race. :/
Brilliant positioning inside the last 10 kilometres with 7 of my guys riding in the front rows but guess which of my riders doesn't? Correct, it's Geschke
He surely has to improve to not be a complete disappointing in PCT like in the first races of the season.
But on the positive side of things: Dzamastagic
This guy is truely amazing grabbing another 10 points in this mass sprint finish
What will this guy be capable for once he's maxed ?
Those teams who took the big gamble going for a puncheur will be disappointed but at least one of them (Mehr-Wenige) tried it.
And of course a strong victory by Impey after huge leadout from Marcato!
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

I like how you keep callind the guy from Mobil Cabrera, when it's actually Dall'Antonia.
Well, 10th by Tiziano is a good result. 19th by Raúl is a nice bonus, but expected a bit more. |

Can't say I'm too pleased with the outcome. Pozdnyakov and Iglinski not being able to follow is awful, but at least Rabon tried and got a top-20.
Great report!

Very nice to see Impey get it, really hope he can continue this way and make the season a nice one for FroomeDog99. That leadout from Marcato was just sensational, congratulations!
Also kind of funny to see Vanoverschelde try to join the early breakaway, too many sprinters for Lululemon, I suspect
Thanks for the report, Bushwackers, definitely a nice read. |

7 guys in the front group and I can't get anyone in the top 10? Boeckmans didn't even sprint.
Thanks for the report

Great report! Another good race for the team. 7th in a CT1 race, just fantastic. And who knows what could've happened if Pelucchi found a wheel sooner? Still, he's already showing why we payed him so much.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.
