Average month for us. Gazelle overtook us in the PpRd and slipped down to 8th. Still many races to come that should suit my leaders so we're ready to make a move upwards

Still some terrific battles for various promotion and relegation places which look set to run right through the second half of the season. Will be great to watch those plots develop.
Boeings best month so far and our slow climb is still in full flow. Still got well over half our race days to come as well as all of our goal races. The decreasing number of cobbles may start to hurt but Chicchi keeps grabbing Top10's. All we need is the Colombians to step up. I feel that a Top5 in the rankings is not out of the question! Hell a Top 3 is not entirely out of reach...

Can't believe we are actually 2nd best PCT team and 10th in rankings so far. With the stars bought and team planned for future, so far we've been doing above the expectations.
We used most race days, however we've mostly used them well, relegation is distant worry, but still possible, so we should keep going.

BOOOM!! Vueling has entered the building.
Took a while, and with his few race days, Dekker can't promote the team on his own - but at least we're now in the battle. Just need Kennaugh, Sinkewitz, Schreurs and Reimer to perform too  |

Kinda worried right now. Checked my schedule, and haven't done half of my races yet, so there's still hope. As long as Team WWE don't relegate, I'm happy.

Down 5 places in the league table, but that was expected because with only 1 race day could not expect much this month.
The aim of the top10 remains reachable because the difference in points is not much, and last month was the team with the most race days, the truth is that we are now the 10th with fewer days of racing already used.
From now on things can only get better with the vast majority of our races to be of C2 category where we have clearly more opportunities to score ..

Fascinating here are some of my observations.
PCT:
Very close division this year - Any one of about 8 teams could win this division, by this stage in the last two years we had heavy favourites with two or three teams well clear. Much tighter at the bottom also some crazy AI and frankly risky planning have set some teams back.
Evian are in trouble, really surprised about this. The Napilatano thing seemed a reasonable strategy but overpaying on his wages is hurting them.
Similar problem with the homes of Dombrowski and Ahlstrand, 500K for level 1 talents is very risky.
CT:
Gazelle are looking like the Het Nieuwsblad or Lotto of 2013. It has been said a couple of times they look the one team that have really focussed 100 % on promoting. They can enjoy HC and C1 races on a full budget!
JK cycling and Cadburys are not doing as bad as I thought. Race selection and planning can lift even the weakest of squads, I guess (he says with some arrogance).

Amazing month! Catapulted us right into the PPrD lead for the first time. Great way to bounce back after a terrible April.
Morale is super high right now, but the riders cannot get complacent. We're not even halfway into our season yet, so anything can still happen. There are plenty of C2 hills left for us though.  Looking forward to June and the 25 race days we'll spend there.
Just realized that a rather large number of former D2 managers are still going strong mid-table in PCT; impressive job! Also good to see Vueling and Dekker getting up to speed. Congrats!

Poor month for us, probably more back to earth than anything.
Rohregger still has 39 racedays left so that could be the saving grace for a promotion charge, but unless our sub-leaders manage another miracle in a race, I don't think Ilias can beat some of the other hilly leaders to propel us back to the promotion spots. Oh well, live and let live, still enjoying our occasional success and stunning defeats.
