The Bucks County Classic is in his 2nd edition and was a race for the breakaway in 2013 won by Salas (Alstom RBC)
This season the lineup has some of the best CT sprinters even though the profile has lots of hills, which might make it too difficult for many.
| Flat | Hill | Sprint | Acceleration | Forero | 71 | 61 | 80 | 75 | Rowe | 72 | 62 | 80 | 70 | Farrar | 72 | 62 | 79 | 77 | Manarelli | 72 | 59 | 79 | 79 | Matthews | 75 | 64 | 79 | 79 | Vingerling | 71 | 61 | 79 | 79 | Sinner | 71 | 61 | 78 | 73 | Jørgensen | 73 | 59 | 78 | 73 | Fonseca | 74 | 61 | 78 | 77 | Gavazzi | 70 | 54 | 77 | 72 | Richeze | 73 | 62 | 77 | 76 | Caethoven | 71 | 67 | 77 | 76 | Sutton | 73 | 62 | 77 | 77 | Arango | 71 | 63 | 76 | 75 | Angarita | 70 | 62 | 76 | 75 | Korkotyan | 70 | 57 | 76 | 76 | Renshaw | 72 | 62 | 76 | 75 | Geschke | 71 | 74 | 76 | 76 | Sweeting | 73 | 70 | 76 | 75 | Ranneries | 68 | 56 | 76 | 80 | Friedman | 68 | 61 | 76 | 78 | Stroetinga | 68 | 53 | 76 | 78 | Poulhiès | 70 | 64 | 76 | 75 | Pozdnyakov | 72 | 73 | 75 | 74 |
The US fans will surely cheer for their home riders Farrar, Sweeting, Friedman while the hills of course might favour Geschke or Pozdnyakov a bit more.

Still remember the race back in 2013... the peloton almost closed the gap to those escapees and suddenly stopped.... hoping for a more entertaining edition this time. Quite a lot of pure sprinters, but I'm going for Geschke or those other punchy sprinters. Farrar though would be somehow cool. Or Matthews to continue his recent success?

I think that this one of the races that suit Geschke best.
I just hope that my support team (which isnt the best one possibly) can keep it all together and that the leadout (Dupont and Hansen) can deliver decently.
Pozdnyakov and Farrar/Matthews are the biggest threats aside of the BotD.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Manarelli comes here in super form, though I don't have a good feeling for him here.
Hopefuly Borges can make the BOTD or put in a late attack as there will be a decent chance of a break making it to the finish. |

Excited for this one. Matthews should at least do a top 3 here. Hopefully there won't be another win for the break...

Wasn't sure what to make of this race during pre-season, so brought a sprinter line-up (although my sprinters are very much in the 2nd line at best normally - as there are 4 of them, nmaybe get one in the break??). However this is the kind of race that I had originally thought might suit Caethoven when I signed him - experience across the season has taught me that I was being pretty optimistic at that time in my newbie niavety!
Still think BoTD is a danger as don't see many half decent hill domestiques in the various main sprinter teams. so not clear who is going to do the chasing if a decent gap established by mid-stage.
Summarising the above, I wait in anticipation for an interesting race battle, but limited expectation of Nutresa featuring.

Should be better than our recent appearance in spain. One of the events we need to score extra points to compete in the promotion race.

Edmondson having a great season for a level 1 talent.
Looking forward to him in future when having 73fl, 77sp, 79prl. Should be a solid CT/PCT sprinter or PT leadout then. |

I'm trying to find a picture with one of my riders in it, but I don't think there is one

Just went through my folder and I have only one.
It shows Vasilyev being one of the first five riders being dropped.

I was hoping for Geschke to feature, but no need to be sad as Evonik makes this a huge scoring race Just those 50 metres missing for a surprise win...

Edmondson seems to be a perfect rider for those classics this year. Guess he will struggle to repeat his results next year and maybe the year after
Congrats to Azteca and Farrar!

I was really hoping to see him winning even though every point he is scoring will make his salary for me higher next year.
While I plan to make my focus a lot stricter with every season, I still plan to max him out myself as I like the kind of rider he is. So I probably have to ignore that he is from Australia in the next seasons. |

Well a top 5 has to go down as a success in Forero terms, although I have to say it would have been nice if Arango and Angarita had set up a lead-out train, with Forero being statistically the best sprinter in the field. Nevertheless points are points!

Considering how bad his first few races for us was like, I'm happy that Rowe was in the money again, not perfect (I still hope he can win xD) but its a start to justifying his wage.

Gratz to Azteca! I remember them always working hard the final kilometres of a sprint stage without winning... well-deserved victory!
I took it's time, but now Armindo Fonseca became a constant scorer. We are very satisfied whit the result.
Great read, tense race!
