It's time for me now to open this thread.

If you find any mistakes please tell me.
I changed the age of decline a little, some riders will now decline earlier, but this will be for sure the very last change to that so it will not be a big problem for anyone.
Which teams will be in WT is already pretty clear:
Only CCC and TVM aren't on that list. I made a poll: https://freeonlinesurveys.com/p/c2UiPE...qid=837422
The team with more votes will fill the last WT spot the other one will remain CT.
I've opened the ICL17-Teams thread earlier today, if you are planning to have some HQ like updates, you can already reserve a post there.
This season I'd like to not have to plan every route of the races by myself, so I'd appreciate if there are some, who would help me out with that.
In the second post I'll post some of the important rules for racing soon.
The transfer season will kick off with steals in the next few days. That doesn't mean signups are closed, they'll stay open until after renewals.

Okay I already found a mistake, some riders that shouldn't have ended their careers, retired. I'll take a look later who exactly and will update the db.  |

With us somehow still in the WT, I'm looking forward to the off-season even more as I can keep developing my plans for my core riders. Risking to relegate won't happen again though. I promise. Thanks to all the managers that for some reason wanted me not to relegate 
Anyways onto serious matters, Bikex what kind of help are you looking for with regard to routes? Only GTs and 1-week WT races or something else as well?

My thoughts exactly, I'm just happy to have my team back for another season of ICL!
Looks like Cymru are going to be hit hardest by retirements in 12 months time, but Purito, Boonen and Cancellara are probably the three biggest names in their last season. Changing of the guard in the classics is almost complete now.

Terribly sorry about my spate of recent inactivity. I had nationals a few weeks ago followed by starting a block of heavy training, so it's taken some time to get back into the swing of things, but now I'm ready for this new season of ICL (and am looking forward to hopefully not finishing last this time around now that I more know what I'm doing).
By when will you need the jerseys?

Do you guys think it'd be better to wait with the start of the ICL Transfer season until MG Transfers will have slowed down?
I know a lot of you are also involved there and will most likely put their time priorly there.
I'm sorry that ICL was quiet for a few weeks now, but I was hold up by several stuff (vacation, uni, ..). Initially I planned to have the main part of transfers done once MG transfer season starts.
If the majority thinks they can handle both at once, we'll kick off tomorrow. |

I would like it after the MG carnage as I also have exams to focus on, 3 things at once is probably a bit too much of all good stuff to be honest.

Yes please with ICL transfers... MG transfers will be a nighmare, and I have a stag do and a 2 week holiday to fit them around :S

Maybe I'll already start the first rounds, but will give long deadlines.

Would also prefer them to run after the MG transfers. Last year I didn't do anything else for 2 weeks honestly

I'm not part of Man-Game, but I also prefer to wait some time. In few days I will have some exams, so it would be good if it starts at least later  . |

While it doesn't suit me at all (I'm away after MG transfers) it's definetly be for the best to have transfers after.
