Time to start the World Champs planning, with a vote on the terrain type.
History:
2014: Flat
2013: Hill
2012: Cobbles
2011: Hill
2010: Mountain
2009: Hill (Flat finish)
2008: Hill
Vote on exact location/route will follow once there is a clear winner here. Please nominate suggestions for routes in this thread.
Generally the ITT and TTT routes will match the RR course, with the exception of the ITT if Mountain is voted for.

Gotta be Mountains. Ok only a few PT managers will realistically have a chance at the win but i really want to see that race regardless.

I voted cobbles, simply cause why not end the year of cobble focus with a Cobble WC?

Would have loved to see Burghardt losing against Summerhill, Bewley and Spartacus on cobbles
Guess it must be mountains then though.

Would like hills, gives the worst AI and therefore the most amusing racing

Voted for hills, prefer that it's not only an exclusive group of riders that could win, the big mountains guys have the GT's already to battle it out after all.
A mountainous race with a downhill finish though could be cool with the right profile. |

Definatly mountain. Prefer to not have puncheurs battle it out year after year, thats get boring after a while imo.

Meh, mountain is boring. Cobbles for me, tend to be the best races in my opinion.

Oh yeah, and the big punchers have the ardennes, just like the big cobblers already have Roubaix etc.
Seriously, I don't see why we shouldn't have a mountainous route after 4 years without it! Imo with the right route it can be a fun race, skimming through the most important parts of that impressively huge 2010 report, that was a really interesting race. We shouldn't just think that a mountainous race can only be won by so few riders, cobbles imo would be even worse under that point of view, especially as it was showed by the AI. Hills? We had too many of them by now.

Voted for mountains, eventhough I have no rider with real chance to win on that kind of terrain.

I voted mountain because I want to see Madrazo to fight with other 80 level mountain guys for top 20.

Voted for Hills but was sad not to see flat again because.. Well Richeze won't be B World Champ anymore on any other terrain
General trend seems to go towards mountain. Would make for a nice WC, though. |

It has been a while since the last mountanious WC, so I think the climbers deserve a shot at the rainbow jersey again

Voted mountains, time for that again. I think it would be great if the race was in Asia

Well, I voted cobbles for obvious reasons.
I suggest a longer version of Tatranska Klasika could be used as a route for montanious WC.

Not really a clear option for me but I went with mountains because we've had hilly and cobbles more recently.

Voted for hills, may have been a little biased , but I don't really mind what wins.
