For existing teams, I'm going to do things a bit differently this year. There'll be a sponsor confirmation thread shortly, but that won't be used to confirm your team continuing, this thread will be instead.
It's been quite notable this year that some managers activity during the season has not been good enough - whether that be a lack of commenting on race discussion threads, or a lack of updating your Team HQ, or both. The ManGame is only worth the time and effort to run if those taking part are an active part of the game. This isn't something you get to take for granted, even if you've been involved for many seasons, particularly if you've never been involved in helping the game in some way.
In particular, many PT teams were pretty awful this year with some managers contributions being quite poor with occassional comments at best, and no real involvement in the MG community. There's no excuse for that when you have the strongest teams, and are competing in all of the big name races.
A pattern often seen in the past is managers who have lost interest in the game will still stay, taking up the space somebody else could take, and then just disappear mid-season. This year I'm not going to be afraid of forcing disbandment on teams who just haven't been good enough.
Of course, there are some managers that are a great part of the game. If your team is in the Spoiler below, you can ignore this thread because your place is confirmed. (Unless you no longer want to be in the game, in which case, let me know).

Not on the list? At the very least consider this a clear encouragement to improve your activity in the game during the season. Some not on the list are close and not in much danger of having their team disbanded, but for many I am going to need some convincing from you - either by posting here, or a chat via PM. (And even then, it may depend on the amount of new applicants to join the game) And for teams whose manager has not been online for months, or who have shown very little interest in the game for large chunks of the season, their disbandment is all-but confirmed.

And in some cases you team isn't listed by mistake, because I was manually typing up the team list by looking at a list of usernames, and various posting data!
You both belong in the list of great managers
Edit: And actually, Mobil was in the list, only VolksWagen that I missed

Team Chiquita - Universal (p/b Minions) is looking to continue. We know the Minions haven't been the most active during the season, but they lost a some motivation due to disappointing results. We're hoping to improve the team, therefore increase motivation and increase activity.
Spoiler If the management is not convinced, we're willing to give up to the spot to a new team.

I would like to continue. I fully understand the reason why I am not on the list though. My ability to update my HQ has been terrible for both seasons. This has nothing to do with lack of interest though, but more a lack of idea about what to write that is interesting for others. Yeah, I could write about the latest results, but how many different views can you get on the same race? I can't promise that my HQ will be any better next year. I can promise to stay active throughout the season as best as I can. If that isn't enough that is understandable.
Having said that, I do believe the man-game could gain some activity by having some sort of "all-purpose"-threads instead of everybody writing in their own HQ.
A general discussion where you can discuss upcoming races and other stuff than the latest results would at least benefit my activity.

Hoping to get another season.
There were a number of reasons to my absence in the mid-season. The details of which have been given to SN via PM.
At the same time I would like to thank and appologise to the reporters. I got behind. Read most reports but usually about a month after the race had occured, by which I felt silly digging up old race threads to complain about the lack of skill and will from my team.
Should I be granted a second chance I promise that the last couple of months with activity in various threads and a fully updated HQ will be more how things are run than the silent mid-season from my part.

Swedbank-PEAB would still like to be a part of the man-game.
Had a busy autumn with getting a new job etc, but starting to get some Routine now and more time over for man-game and other stuff. |

Great to be on that list, of course Bank of Ireland will happily continue on. I will not willingly disband before Dunbar has won a monument and/or a GT for me. :P

Seeing my team's name on that list gives me a satisfaction far greater than it probably should.

This isn't just about HQ posts.
In fact the most significant factor in determining the lists was the amount of activity in the race discussion threads.

I want start like some others accepting that I have not been as active as advisable in last year. Mainly from July to the end of the year, but everybody's got a life and I'm no one to bore any of you with mine.
For me, of course I want to continue, I really enjoy the game.
I don't write much in the HQ and I don't know if I will be able to create something meaningful apart of some recaps of the races that I don't know if they are at all interesting for the other managers. I use to comment in all the races I'm in, but I think this is the less anybody is expected.
For the new year I can try to update more regularly the HQ, at least with the team results, and be more active in the race threats. Apart from that, I would want to ask if there is something I could do to support the administration of the game. I admit (and warn you) that I won't be able to do good reports, but I'm sure there should be something else I can help with.
I reaffirm I want to keep being part of the game and if more explanations are needed just throw me a PM and I will be glad to explain myself further.

I would like to continue with Compal-Merida. I guess we fell out a little during mid-season when there were no race reports written, and I went from checking pcmdaily from hourly to daily to weekly, so when the season really took pace again, I lost out on some activity, but I was eager to check what I missed and read every race report, however, I took a different approach than what cio93 did, and I realize I should have made a recap and commented in the discussions I missed.
I beg you to gamble on me next year as well, cause I really do not want to loose the team, have made some great future plans, and I am ready to put down effort for me to not come in this same situation next year. I really love the game, and I spend a lot of time on this site, I'm just an observer of personality, but I also agrees that it is in everybody's interest that people are commenting and keeping the game alive. But if again not satisfactory, I will gladly give up my place to a more worthy contestant.
I accept this as a serious warning to step up my general activity.
EDIT: I don't have the game and I'm unable to make stages/shirts etc. but I could try to help making odds for betting f.ex if needed.

There was a period in the season where I was inactivity, although I don't think it has been as long as previous seasons. I know that is no excuse. I think my activity especially in the race discussion threads has improved as the season went on. With that I like to think I can keep that up and improve on it going into the new season. I enjoy the MG very much and is one of the major factors if not the main factor I continue to check the site every 2 hours everyday.
I would like to continue in the MG for sure. HQ wise, it has been very poor but it is hard to find the motivation to keep up dating if there isn't much discussion in your HQ thread, which why I prefer the Race discussion threads.
This season has been the biggest learning curve for me in the MG and now I feel I know what needs to be done to more active and to build a better team with my project.

I will admit that I deservedly miss the list. I do think I do a decent job of posting in discussion threads, and have always been an active and pleasant to deal with manager in transfers. On the flip side, it is very rare that I update my team HQ and I don't report. Although I will strive to be more active in race thrwads, I don't want to make any empty promises about a drastic change going forward that I do not end up keeping, so it would be fair to judge me by my participation levels over the last 2 seasons.
I sincerely hope that my considtentcy over the years counts for something, but I fully understand the desire to keep the game as vibrant as possible. Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions in particular. I will look forward to the transfer season but respect whatever decision is made.

AMEXpc wants to continue. I Understand the need to be an active poster and I think my posts in the race discussion has been active, but I have missed keeping my HQ updated in 2014. I will do a better job of that in 2015.
The effort I put into putting out the "The Cobbler" in 2012 and 2013 drained me. The per issue responses I got slowly declined with each issue. That led me to believe that the Cobbler had too narrow of a scope to interest the ManGame managers.
I want to keep racing and would miss the racing and the people if I am dropped.
If you have any specific concerns about AMEXpc's willingness to continue please contact me and I will address them in detail.
