The Criterium Hainlaite goes into the 3rd season in the ManGame. The route leads around Erfurt with the longest climb being the Kyffhäuser at race half. But the decision usually falls on the final circuit, which leads over a short climb in Erfurt having a cobbled descent. So the divisions top cobblers obviously are here as it`s rated as C2HC this season.
Joseph | De Haes | Østergaard | Roulston | Aulas | Takenouchi | Lebris | Hamilton | Dupont | Saramotins | Schär | Rathe | Oba |
Alongside the cobblers though many puncheurs hope to attack on the climb as the short cobbled descent might not be that hard to have any influence. So here the list of top puncheurs being lead by some stars like home rider Geschke, Bole or Duggan.
Bole | Geschke | Duggan | Bugge | Tiernan-Locke | Selander | Fonte | Marentes | Jumabekov | Pranata | Wurf | Dahlberg | Vitoria | Devine |
So almost all teams have a decent chance to win this classic. But outstanding might be home team Evonik, who surely want to control the race as their cobblers and puncheurs are all pretty fast in a group sprint.

If this was C2 I'd so be here, perfect for Declerq and obviously Herklotz
This way, sympathies are clearly on the home team side.
Always interesting to follow a wide open race.

Not sure what to expect here, really.. Hopefully it will be a selective race.

Can't expect much from this race. Basically, each scored ranking point is already a success for the team. |

Don't expect a lot, too. At least my only successful breakaway riders so far: Stephane Poulhies and Remo Schuler are here. Stephane made it at the cobbles of Bro-Leon and Remo was 4th on German soil a week ago at Frankfurt. Besides the slim hopes for another breakaway Michael Schär is able to fight his way into top15... a result we would be okay with.

The next big race for the Evonik guys. Exactly one week after the Eschborn tragedy this is our next goal race (top 10 again).
Knowing from the beginning that this would be a lottery we only decided to make this a goal because of the location in Germany.
I really fear the breakaway here as I have a plan for everything else. As roturn pointed out a sprint from a selected group would be cool.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Not exactly sure what I'm hoping for here? A breakaway win certainly looks like our best shot.

I don't think I'll settle for anything but a win here. Come on LPU!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

If this is won by a cobbler I'd be quietly suprised.

We took both Takenouchi and Tiernan-Locke, hope that these two will do something, I've even brought Wu just in case theres breakaway action

Only reason I'm in this race is because of the bands. Nevertheless hoping for something, which means joining the break and hope the break makes it -although it would be very typical for a break with one of my riders in it not to succeed -

Really glad I avoided this band, it looks the most popular and has the least favourable races for Bonsucro.
If the break doesn't take this one, I reckon a cobble specialist who attacks late on will take the win.
Saramotins to win for me. |

+1
Still, Pozdnyakov coming 16th is highly impressive to me. But why is it impossible to join the break for me

I like this result a lot, Evonik achieving their goal even with two riders and Maloja massively overperforming I'd guess

Told you.
I feel sorry for Lierse, to control the peleton like they did and have a favourite for the race and come away wot nothing simply sucks.

Good racing from the team and some good results, but come on... How hard is it to catch the break?

Bad Luck Hamilton only manages 11th after a nice, attacking race. Looking at the results it'd have been better though if the break was caught, given that Harisson would've top 10'd. Anyhow, we didn't expect much, and came away with a few ranking points. Nothing lost, a little gained.
Thanks for the nice report roturn.
