Just to be sure, is that a right way.
1. Create new folder in in C/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2010/CM_Textures/cycliste/team and name it 'red'.
2. Place the tga files there.
3. Place the .nif files in your C/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2010/CM_Meshes/Equipment/ Helmets. When it asks to overwrite, click yes.
4. Repeat with same .nif files and place your C/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2010/CM_Meshes/Equipment/ Frames, and overwrite.
5. Place the logo file in your C/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2010/Gui/team/logo folder and overwrite.
6. Place the mini_maillot file in your C/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2010/Gui/team_shirt folder and overwrite.
Is that correct, and if yes after this would the jersey be 'pickable' from the lis of jersyes when creating a custom team ?

Just unpack and put the files into your PCM folder, then the jersey is 'pickable' from the list of jersyes when creating a custom team.
And indeed you can just rename and overwrite any equipment you like (...\CM_Meshes/Equipment\ and ...\CM_Textures\Equipment\

It's still not there, so I will tell you what I did ( probably wrong ).
1. Exported red bull folder to c00_ and deleted the orginal files, renamed red bull files to c00_ and replaced with the orginal files.
2. Exported mini maillot to /Gui/team_shirt.
3. I presume the logo file is named redbull.DDS ( ?) and placed to Gui/team/logo
P.S. There is no team shirt file or minilogo, there is only logo and mini maillot.
4. Palced 2 nif files for Frames in file CM_Meshes/Equipment/ Helmets
5. Palced 2 nif files for Helmets in file
CM_Meshes/Equipment/ Helmets
6. Placed 4 DDS files for Frames in file
CM_Textures/Equipment/ Frames
7. Placed 4 DDS files for Helmets in file
CM_Textures/Equipment/ Helmets
