This is the "mean list", there was some disagreements, mostly over what was most important; Classics, WC or Olympics. Everyone had the TdF at the top, though.
Besides, it's difficult not to be "unoriginal" when making a list such as this.
Hm, well, what was the real goal then? To get the 10 best races (on entertainment factor, difficulty, rider startlists, past race events, organization) or was it simply about the 10 most important ones based upon prestige? Because it sounds now to me like it's just based upon importance and prestige than yeah, of course those are the 10 chosen ones. But prestige doesn't imply (entertainment) quality of a race in my opinion.

The Giro actually has a much richer history than the Vuelta, don't discount that.

-.- as far as i'm concerned they only made it more interesting as ''old fokes'' still have the chance to win a GT here.
So you only care about Froome dominating the tour, wow that is interesting or Wiggins-Froome their big fight. No that is so interesting..... |

With the talk on Cobo and Horner it reminded me of something...
A very good friend of mine (19 years old now) who's a very good MTBer and has won SA cross-country champs and African champs once said:
"I don't think they should be so strict on doping in cycling. It makes it so much funner to watch and you've got all these old farts winning GTs. It's amazing!"
And for some advice on getting girls:
Mind you, this guy is quite a character. He's actually studying engineering, but lately he's started growing his hair. He's got these long blond locks now. He manages to convince girls that he's actually a pro surfer (despite the fact that he never goes to the beach). Judging by the girls he gets it's quite a good tactic - not for the long term though

What a sad world we live in where a SA cross-country champ has to lie to girls and pretend to be a surfer to get them.

So true
"Yea, I'm a really good cyclist." Isn't a very good pick-up line in South Africa.
The reply you normally get is: "Is cycling even a sport?"
Or my personal favourite: "Are you going to enter the Tour de France this year?"

Who cares about suntans, rippling pecs, abs from here to eternity and long, blond hair when you've got quads, quads and more quads?

I doubt that's the case. Sky present quite the same problem...

Something very strange happened to me today. So I was trying to get on Daily on my Vita, but the site that came up was FM03freaks.dk instead. Hmmmm...
I don't know what this means, but I smell conspiracy.

Because Noah is a hugely over-budget biblical epic, destined to be a flop, starring Russell Crowe and desperate to take your money.
However, we've just hit our 'spring break' over here, and it's either this, Divergent, Rio 2 or Liam Neeson On A Plane. Why(sob)? Why so many hopeless films(sob)?

I've always really wanted a 2009 DB, but no one has ever made one from it or 2008, so I think I'm going to try to organize one myself. Slight problem is I know nothing about it (like jerseys and stages).
Time to get to work I guess.

2009 DB is of highly interest for me as well, if there's any DB I'd like to see, it's a 2009 one
