Three 4th place finishes for Grmay! So close to the podium in so many races, but the consistency is good. Up to Top 5 which is fantastic for us.
Reguigui in the break as well which is nice to see on stage 4

Well well don't get me wrong I like to see Moser so strong and especially consistent with top 8s in every stage but it's sad to see him still 3rd in a GC because he can't get himself to win a stage. Still 3 to go though I'm sure one is gonna come!

JULIAN ALAPHILIPPE! that's what I'm talking about when I said that he could be a threat on these type of stages  and that's why I didn't bring another GV guy than him. Groenewegen does the helppers game very well for Alaphilippe...hoped for a train on flat stages but CarbonSports...

Well, slightly more disappointing the second time. Peiro DNF on stage 2, and while Slagter won a stage it wasn't the one that mattered most. At least he's in form and has a chance with three days to gain some seconds back.

Sorry about the mess with the Tropicale startlist, I forgot to edit some tables when modifiying the 2016 exp pack db to the ICL one. I have now uploaded the correct db in the reporters folder, I think there shouldn't be any issues anymore.

Not incredibly bad so far, but still a lot worse than it should have been. What the heck are Zilioli and Wackermann here for? Cataldo shouldn't be the leader smh.

Thanks for the video, Shonak.
Mollema decent once again, fairly happy with how he's competed so far. Hoogerland, Bookwalter and co. did well to limit our losses in the time-trial, so there's still hope for a top five finish here.

Sort of decent results by Ponzi and Aregger in Tropicale with both around the top 20 but unfortunately our team doesn't seem to be interested in joining breakaways so far.

okay work from Meersman in a race I expect nearly nothing from, therefore we sent our C lineup (excluding Stan the Belorussian and Gianni C2 [who won't be able to live up to his name anymore])
in other terms: Great that Celesio is doing well and won the TTT without Tony Martin, who should be saved for other races...Hopefully Mohoric, Jungels and Nerz can live up to their current placements and secure good GC positions and white!

About the race
Spoiler Really dominant stuff by Gilbert. Betancur with solid results I guess but why CSC doesn't send Sagan is anyone's guess really.. Also kwiatek would have been a proper challenge for Gilbert, but as it stands, Gilbert was really the only rider with enough hill quality and rouleur skills to trash the field. Also wow to Lutsenko, really nice young rider for you bikex
Impressed by the performances of VDP and also Gallopin and Castroviejo, they did well to hang on and scored us some points. Intxaust was very bad though. Getting dropped in the TTT and no performance at all in the two hilly stages.

Martin with a good debut, yet no victory but with some top 5 finishes. Team time trial cost him a better place in the GC which is something we have to work on for next season. Thanks Shonak

My puncheurs couldn't even get themselves to suck less in the last 2 stages. They sucked even more. This is so wrong, I'll put on my Vino suit and write a Vino letter.
