IMPORTANT
I have edited the U23 ITT report (and results) after by a startlist mistake, Ryan Mullen wasn't included in the race. Instead of re-playing the race completely, to save time and because it wouldn't be fair to those who got a good result in the original simulation, the decision was to run the race again, but only counting Ryan Mullen's time in comparision with Silvio Herklotz's time.
At the end, Mullen was a few seconds slower than Herklotz, taking the Bronze medal from Antonijevic, so Herklotz will remain as U23 ITT WC
Btw, don't expect the Elite ITT report until this afternoon

With such a profile, kind of an expected win from Herklotz in the U23. Should make for a very interesting Elite RR as well, where Spilak must fancy his chances even more than before. Should still be difficult for him to beat the very best puncheurs, like Ponzi, Bakelants and EBH, but surely this route makes him a stronger challenger than an easier hilly route.
And thank you for you reporting so far, Aquarius97! |

Too hard for the pure TT'ers, but too soft for Spilak. 4th is decent here. Too bad I fucked up my nominations. Would have been a good course for Coppel.

Pretty pathetic showing from Fraile, I expected much more. Thanks for the very detailed and lengthy report though.

Gesink with what seems to me as a small upset? Great win
Looking forward to EBH taking the RR now

Thanks for the congratulations, guys. A World Champ shirt should count extra in a transfer, shouldn't it?

Congratulations, alexkr00! Always cool to see Gesink win, especially in such a field. Just a pity it happens rarely |

Sorry for the delay on posting the RR race. I really thought i had posted it some time ago, but obviously i didn't, and since no one told me about it until today... well, congrats to Dev4ever for the win and the prize of wearing the Rainbow Jersey
Though it was an awful race and probably an awful course. At least the IA made it awful, riders were always super slow in the climbs and fast in the flat zones, and leaving attacks only for the final lap. I think this something related to circuit races. I think that hilly races that aren't in circuits are usually the best IA-wise, like LBL, with attacks with 40 kms to go and racing full gas from there. Maybe something to think for the future in hilly races

Congrats on the win.
Atleast Spilak tried to bring him back, unlike the others. He had to attack from Ponzi-like situation to win, and was wasted in the sprint. Decent enough, but no cigar.

Too late to change things this coming season but we should definetely look at that subject with more attention, Aquarius has a good point.

So that's why Umerbekov was acting a diva during renewals..
Waeytens spending time on the ground again, he's been really consistent this season.
Ponzi the expected winner, congrats!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.
