What a bummer for Jayco indeed, that was surprising. Even though he had to go in the transfers, always glad to see Howson taking the win. A pity that Archbold just missed out on the podium, but decent performances overall from the Grieg boys.

Yay top 20 in Oceania Dissapointing for MTK though to finish so low in Africa, but there wasn't huge pressure on him
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Expected more out of African TT but nonetheless solid results! Also thumbs up for Dimitri Jiriakov, who was 20th in a very mountainous European B Championships. Great to see the action starting

Both TT's thus far must strike fear in the hearts of those MG teams relying on a top TT rider as one of their major assets given the outcomes of the Oceania and African TT CC races where pre-race favourites seriously underperfomed. Maybe just early season rustiness?
For WCC, absolutely delighted to see South African ITT Chanp Jay Thomson have a really good day and claim the silver medal behind Petrus of fellow CT team Garmin. Thomson had beaten perhaps 6-8 riders who would generally be seen as stronger in the terrain, and was himself beaten by a rider who must have been right on top of his game on the day.
Young Mraouni also faired decently, and will have many opportunities in the future to compete for higher positions as he matures further!

Fantastic to get some racing underway, and thanks Roman again for sorting this out!
Interesting results so far and the a Top 5 already for Hussein in the African Champs. Disappointing not to be higher, but the long downhill would have played a lot into the results. Nice shot fo Ngamdamba as well for the reports

Great to see many Eritel riders out in their national colours. A pity that Debesay wasn't given a ride, having finished on the podium in last year's TT - but that did allow Teklehaimanot to step up to take the podium instead, from 4th last year. A decent record of 2nd, 4th and 3rd in these races - just needs a bit of luck to improve on that.
Hamza making the Top 10 is alright, have hopes that he can save a top form of the day ride for one of the prologues this season.

I don't know what happens in these Continental Championships. A few years ago Gesink won the European one

Damn, Ma only got 12th. That's disappointing for sure.
Still hope one of my riders can get a top 8! |

Look, the Kazkah NC ITT was just rigged. Just like the Ukrainian NC ITT. This result clearly shows my riders are far superior, and trekbmc must've been playing with the DB a bit too much

Unlucky 2nd for our former rider Wen Hao Li, but losing against Kwok ain't a shame. Another former Ozzie (King Lok Cheung) doing well, too.

Was probably our best chance to win one of these championships and Kwok delivers. Very happy.

Cheeky 1-2 to start the season Phinney just seems unbearable in PCM15 TT especially the long ones so hopefully that can continue this season
Great to see Cataford in second too a good sign for the season ahead |

Phinney now stands-alone in the second place of most MG wins, just two wins less than Boonen... and leaving Cunego behind him
