I hate PCM so much.
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Silence before the storm. Tomorrow is the day the GC will be decided.

Geschke would've been a nice winner today or a Xero guy, but you gotta love Ferreros hilly squad

Nice catch up on 3 stages after a busy weekend! Cherel getting some screen time in the TT was nice and Konte followed that up with a day in the break on Stage 5.
Still nothing more to shout about for us, and it is looking more and more like a very low scoring race for us. If we get to double figures, I'll be shocked

Docker seemed to get boxed in there as often happens in downhill mass sprints. A shame for sure, but I don't have enough expectations to care at this point. It was a solid effort to stay in the group.
Tomorrow was the stage I came here for, though it's already become more of a show than a battle for our team. I hope the team just goes all out and Garby tries something long. No use doing anything else from 19th place. Maybe then he might be able to scrounge back the white jersey at least, and in the best case scenario, maybe a top 10. I'm not counting on it.
The reports have been terrific Roturn. Even if it doesn't seem that way because I've been in a bad mood about the race, I'm really grateful!

Nice race so far for my team. Didn't really know what to expect but Gavazzi proves me right for sending him here. Stage was tailor made for him. Doesn't happen much that logic prevails over pcm
Grivko surprisingly strong so far. Hope he can hold on on the mountain stage.

Great report roturn!
Carlsberg have been the definition of mountain breakaway luck lately, with first teh Volcan and now this performance by Lundberg.
What a race by Tvetcov. Seems lke this is a late push for promotion, as now Cycle Yorkshire has a good move in their hand. Looking dangerously close up there for me missing out on this.

This was perhaps the biggest possible disappointment by Garby, but Lundberg somehow salvages something for us. Garby will still take white somehow, which was the bare minimum. I can't be too mad because I knew this was coming I suppose.

Well... to say this was expected is going to be a lie
Monster ride by Tvetcov to hopefully secure the GC and SC as well. This is a great race for us points wise and I would like to thank Roturn for the reports as they were top quality!

A gripping mountain stage that caused an explosion in the bunch. The extent of the time gaps here a real surprise to me. WCC had Moreno in the break, and he held on for a top 10 stage result. Stage didn't do our GC prospects much good though, with Rodriguez Galindo sliding 5 places out of the top 10.
Congrats to Ryant on the stage, and surely wrapping up the GC; Tvetcov is a really good stage racer for CT level, delivering a lot better than I recall in his PCT season where leadership at that grade looked perhaps a step too far. USAPCC may well be a defining plank in Yorkeshire's promotion push!

Great job by Bart! Not in the Top10 of the stage, but he climbed 1 place in the GC. Great job.

Nice to have Konte and Chaabane in the initial break, but it is shame that Konte couldn't press on with his foght for the KoM jersey.
Congrats to ryant for the victory and also the GC. Thanks roturn for all the great reports

How the fuck did Martinez not get past Grivko on this stage. Horrible implosion in the final kilometres, cost him the podium unfortunately.

Well who let the bomb off in Ticos and De la Cruz, what was that, congrats to Cycle Yorkshire, brilliant ride, thanks for the reports Roturn.
Massively disappointed though, not what I expected from a reliable De la Cruz but suppose 2nd in still a good result.

Salinas salvaging a top 5 there, not good enough considering how the rest of the race went but whatever. Great reporting Roturn as usual

Great reporting, the stage unfolded into an different shape than I expected.
Huge ride by Tvetcov, very pleased for the Yorkshire boys.
Good team riding by Kraftwerk allowed Hacecky to retain enough energy to make a big move up GC from 15th to 6th, better than I expected.

I've no idea why Kung didn't use his strength to help pace Zoidl up the climb as he had no chance of jumping up the GC himself as evidenced by his lowly 24th, mainly due to his inability to TT. At least his sixth on the stage is him finally showing his climbing ability, I just wish he could have done so on a stage that has GC ramifications somewhere instead of here.
Zoidl still secured our top 10 GC result despite the lack of help from his stronger teammate and keeps us in the top 10 CT standings fight with it.

And the break, as expected, takes the final stage with no Minion in it.
Congrats ryant on the overall victory and ever so grateful to Roturn for reporting everything.
We went into this race with a seven-point lead over Carlsberg and if my calculations are correct, that gap has been extended to 26. Fourth place will be decided by the minor detail in the last races.

Stage win on stage 1, and then everyone decided to take it easy. Still, for a 6-man team purely for the experience (in essence, a real C-Team) that's a really good result. No complaints and on to the next race.
