I have so many young riders, it's bonkers.
Well I'd have loved to update my lists but unfortunately I havn't found time in the past days since the second draft or so. Great job though, I'll look forward to following the cycling season with my riders in my mind.
Also, it's sweet to continue my VDP po/obsession here, too.

Gavazzi, Devolder and Ligthart.
Happy with these three to be solid although I should have put Gasteur higher.

Not a bad 3 rounds at all. Anacona should continue with some of the form he showed in late 2015, Demoitie is a solid PCT rider and so is Reguigui who looks to improve consistently year by year. Got 1-6-7 so yeah can't complain.

A little change.
Shonak did pick Stefan Denifl in the last round.
Due to the different writing of Bystrom, he was picked twice.
So Denifl is no longer in the draft pool obviously. |

And now some stats as well.
Manager | 2015 Points | TheManxMissile | 7681 | jseadog1 | 7646 | dominox | 7133 | Bikex | 7120 | jph27 | 6206 | ember | 5986 | Selwink | 5983 | matt17br | 5961 | Roman | 5610 | baseballlover312 | 5439 | MARSUPILAMI | 5337 | sgdanny | 5173 | sutty68 | 5092 | roturn | 5033 | OZrocker | 5024 | jaxika | 4997 | trekbmc | 4970 | lakebeach | 4924 | alexkr00 | 4322 | NicoVirenque | 3877 | SportingNonsense | 3828 | Ollfardh | 3697 | Shonak | 3399 |
TMM and jseadog1 defend their top positions while dominox is back on the podium going past Bikex again.
First went for a trio of veterans: Dumoulin, El Fares and Firsanov. Can all of them have another season in the 300`s?
Similar tactic by jseadog1. Hivert, Bak and Bodnar have lots of experience and were also in the 300 area.
At the bottom NicoVirenque climbed the most while also SN passed Ollfardh. Shonak remains on the last though and has a gap already.
Though what does 2015 count? Basically nothing.
Seeing on the bottom guys teams so far, we might see lot of future greats: Vervaeke, Groenewegen, Jungels, Looij, Fedi, De Tier. Gaviria, Latour, Küng...so going the more talent way could possibly work out for them in the 2016 rankings.
Regarding the draft rounds 12-14, we have a new record!
- 20/23 got their #1 option! And while two had their #2 choice, only one had to live with his #3 option.
- Also the 13th round was good for most. 13 got also their #2 option! The worst was the #6, which only happened once as well.
- The 14th round obviously saw a couple of later options. Though only 2 went outside their top10 with an 11th and 13th choice. Actually 17 got their new trio within their top 5 choices.
- And another record. 7 guys even made a 1-2-3 this time.
- With a CQ of just tiny 5 points, we also have a new 2015 low. Peter Velits really had a horrible year with the only points coming from a 35th in the Tour de Pologne. Guys finishing a GT automatically have more points even.
Though as former GT podium rider, he has surely room to improve. OZrocker surely hopes for another year in the 300`s at least.
- Comparing this to the strongest 2015 rider in those 3 rounds, Samuel Dumoulin with 363, this is 72 times better. Though |

jaxika just picked POWER Robert as his missing rider. So he won`t be in the draft pool longer.
Please keep your lists coming. Quite a few of you are really short on riders left on remaining lists. Definitely won`t be enough for 3 rounds for some of them I fear. |

Crap, I had Power as #1 on my list for the next draft.

Yes, I picked a rider with only 5 points. After the first few rounds, I scrolled down to the lower ranks to see if I could find someone good down there, and Peter Velits was the diamond in the rough. He was my #1 pick for round 12, but I should have gone with Ciolek first since he was a more obvious choice. Still, Konrad and Villella were #3 and 4 respectively, so another great result there.
Lakebeach, you may have just dodged a bullet there. This was posted in the news topic recently.

Does 2015 points really matter at all? If they did, everyone would just put "top cq rider" for every round and be leading it.

I have sent out the pm`s with the next deadline. If too many struggle with the pre Christmas deadline, we would need to change it to after Christmas. Though with the season starting quickly, this would make it harder to make more than 23-24 riders as maximum then.

Meh didn't have enough time to thoroughly think about the next 3 picks and got 3 very average riders compared to some of those hidden gems others picked.

Missed this round but luckily still had enough riders on my list.
Great to have the Tour de l'Avenir winner now on my team. |
