Routine stage for us.
Congrats to fintas, great win from Avelino. Also Karcher and Kupfernagel grabbing another good result in the fight for 7th. Truly great season from him.
Thanks for the report, Selwink.
Congrats to Gusta since i'm Karcher manager
Obviously, that's how it goes when I think about Karcher when I write about Prio. Congrats Gusta!

Hey nice win from Avelino, didn't think I'd see him win any more this season.
Also hilarious to see him at 5th after stage 1!
Not bothered at all to be mistaken with Karcher. I would have actually preferred to have been mistaken with them for the whole season

Shame Kwiatkowski didn't sprint, he's usually around the top 10 in these hilly stage races but I guess the sprinters aren't tired enough yet. Now to try and get that GC finish to end his season on a high. |

Poor Sprint from Bouhanni. Although I don't know why my team didn't create a train given we have two strong riders for that reason. Relegation here we come.

Nice 5th from Grosu, giving us some minor points for our top5 fight. That hilly AI in the stage races is so terrible, let this be a tombstone of shame for PCM14.

Great team work, also Steensen looking sharp.
Small gaps, so he is still sitting nicely in this. Just hope he can hang on now. Nice win from Bellis, congrats jt
Thanks for the report, Selwink. Great stuff so far.

That is a bit of a game changer. Prevar finishing in the second group and Efimkin 17th in GC at this stage. One good stage for either of us in these last two days will decide it!
Edit: I hate myself for being slightly happy at others misfortune...

Great stage from our moldovan champion Tanovitchii, he is one of my favourite riders, especially because of his attacking spirit. This time, it earned him a 7th in GC and white jersey, which means solid points from this race already. Now i hope he will be able to hold at least top15-20 in GC and nice position in U25 rankings, the next stage looks pretty tough.
Thanks for the reports and congrats to RBC!

As it stands in the Siam/Euskaltel/CoC/Lululemon battle (if my maths is right...):
Siam 1480
Euskaltel 1405
CoC 1399
Lululemon 1390
So Siam surely are safe now, while the other 3 are all nearby. Looking ahead, if the race finished now, the scores would be by my estimation:
Siam 1514
CoC 1431
Euskaltel 1405
Lululemon 1390
Still a lot to play for in the race for that final survival place then. Looking good for CoC though. |

Had hoped for Jang to hold longer on to his GC position and also didn't expect him loosing so much time, but now he can at least focus on the KoM jersey and he might get into the break at the next stage.
Thanks for your calculations jph. Sure looks good now for my team. |

Again a no-show from my guys. I would be angry if the ranking situation would be any different. Instead, I'm just thankful that the pace of reports stays good
Thanks jph27 for the updated rankings

It's a shame that Craven didn't get any sort of a time gap for his efforts. Even more of a shame that the GC hasn't changed too much. Bennett and Craven in the top 10 now, which is good. Would be better if they moved up more though.
Great ride by Bellis though. Good win for RBC.

Wow, tsmohaesque pace, thanks selwink for the steady reports!
As expected we'll settle for minor GC places, will get a tough task to defend our standings top20 in Japan.
Fingers crossed for making it in at least one break till the race ends.

Wow we really seem to be having a go at this race for sure Bellis winning the stage with Anderson taking 6th is a really great result and helps us keep up with Risa and overtake Karcher in the rankings as things stand though we are still going to need a good GC results with Steensen still leading.
Not sure what happenend with Boily, Armee, Van Zyl and Cataford as they managed to finish in the middle of both main groups |

I was shocked to see Kwiatek stuck behind a split which I haven't seen at all from him this year, but of course he managed to make it to the front to keep his GC hopes alive. Now to try and move into the top 5 on the queen stage. |

A top 10 from Rowe and Kono in a decent pos isnt too bad, hopefully we can get a podium in the remaining stages here?

Wow, Roy finally does something! Congrats to RBC on the win there as well.
Happy enough with 7th from Kwiatkowski, although we won't score brilliantly here and we should be confined to 5th now.
Thanks for the report Selwink. |

Team? Who is our leader? First Prevar, then Efimkin and now Prevar again? Please, use a proper tactic...
Won't complain though, survival looks pretty realistic now.
