Did I go over the max rider limit or something?
Only about half of my scouted young riders even show up on the file eventhough I pasted my whole team in....

Is it a problem if we go over the 1500 budget for the dev team? If I choose the riders I want, their combined wage is 1610. Am I still allowed to do this or do I have to change the selection?

The budget planning file isn't working for me. When I put in the team ID, it just comes up with "CT" as the remaining budget.
Anyway, I put in the remaining budget into the Free Agents 3 budget calculator to see how much it would cost. Is that still good?

Just checked, your remaining budget is 615-360 = 255, as you had 3 riders to sign after round 2.3 and in round 3.2 you signed 4 for a total wage of 360

Okay I'm back now and first of all thank you guys for nominating the ICL for the daily awards, I feel honoured about it.
I still need the U23 team selections of:
Thule Development
Avia Academy - The Hordes of the East
SAS
Velosure - Node 4
Istanbul Development Team
Petronas - HTC Development Team
and the budget selections of:
Liberty Seguros - Würth
Allianz - BMW Cycling Team
Celesio Pro Cycling
Avia - Orlen Oil
Team Bunzl - Centrica
Swiss Life Team
Gazprom Cycling Team
Fiskars Cycling
Team Cymru Wales
Fred Whitton Race Team
Peugeot Cycling Team
ExxonMobil - Geberit
Petronas - HTC Pro Cycling Team
Rapha - Rouleur Pro Cycling
Team Parmalat - HTC
Eurosport - Pepsi
Telecom Namibia Cycling Team
Bulgaria Air
Air Baltic - Rietumu Racing
Sorry that both files weren't really working I just reused the ones of last year as I was in a hurry and didn't really check if they still work.
As for the budget file please just enter the budget manually as OZrocker described and for the U23 File just post the riders in you want to have for the dev team.
Please send in the remaining stuff asap as I'd really like to continue fast now. I'll upload a file for the remaining research stuff later today probably. |

As I was having the issues with the file, I said above that I would like the remaining 130 for Rapha-Rouleur to be used on Research

For anybody who is interested, I calculated the rough average of each team, although they are all probably a little less (excluding a couple such as LIU... with Bardet) because I didn't include riders 23 and younger to avoid Dev team riders getting in:
Team | Average | Division | CarbonSports Cycling p/b Lightweight | 75.1 | WT | Gazprom Cycling Team | 74.6 | WT | Allianz | 74.6 | WT | Prorace - Camtel | 74.4 | WT | Celesio Pro Cycling | 74.0 | WT | Avia Orlen Oil | 73.8 | WT | Team Parmalat - HTC | 73.7 | CT | TVM - Sanyo | 73.6 | CT | Smartone Cycling Team | 73.5 | WT | Filliers - Mora Pro Cycling Team | 73.5 | WT | LA Aluminios - Antarte | 73.3 | WT | Team Bunzl - Centrica | 73.2 | WT | Air China | 73.0 | WT | Eurosport - Pepsi | 72.8 | CT | LIUCPBM3CGIPBT | 72.8 | WT | Liberty Seguros - Würth | 72.7 | WT | SAP - Bianchi | 72.5 | CT | EcoPetrol - Vivo | 72.5 | WT | ExxonMobil - Geberit | 72.4 | CT | Fiskars Cycling | 72.4 | WT | Saeco - Cannondale | 72.3 | CT | Peugeot Cycling Team | 72.2 | CT | Swiss Life Team | 72.1 | WT | La Gazzetta Dello Sport - Gaerne | 71.9 | CT | Team Cymru Wales | 71.5 | CT | Fred Whitton Race Team | 71.3 | WT | Vegeta Cycling Team | 71.1 | WT | Air Baltic | 70.9 | CT | Telecom Namibia Cycling Team | 70.9 | CT | Geox - Kalev Cycling Project | 70.8 | CT | Bulgaria Air | 70.5 | CT | Rapha - Rouleur Pro Cycling | 70.1 | CT | Team Istanbul Cycling | 69.5 | CT | Velux - Saxo - IBM | 69.5 | CT | Petronas - HTC Pro Cycling Team | 66.8 | CT |
This is purely for interest and not really exact (it also doesn't include reaseach and scouting), but it's interesting

Oh, I forgot to say, some CT teams are near WT teams, because the fact that the teams have less riders isn't taken account, it's just done on averages. So you can count CT and WT separately, still, if a WT team is behind a lot of CT teams, that isn't a good sign...

A bit surprised to see Liberty Seguros - Würth so down below (last of the former established WT teams) but I must admit that the transfer season hasn't been a hit whilst I was mainly focusing on research, bringing in some spanish talent on board and losing some top riders like Sanchez, Nieve and Tangert and also dealing with the decline of important helpers (notable Arroyo, Plaza). No worries though. Surely the times are past where even knockout applauded our insane hilly climbing depth and there's hardly a chance we will win World Tour Rankings again this year but in turn, we might profit from this in the long run if second-line riders step up their game like planned.
@Knockout: Will you make another rankings based on MT, Sp, HL, TT and such?

Surprised Eurosport-Pepsi are 3rd CT team but I think thats a bit flattering as a lot of our good stats are in TT so a bit specialist.

Didn't expect to be that high up, but it's easier to be one of the top CT teams when you select a big cycling nation that's largely unrepresented in the WT
Our youngsters would probably move us back down closer to a 71 AVG I think.
