Razzie good job with the top 5. Clearly he doesn't have the speed, but he hangs around which is great. Great effort by Kragh Andersen as well. One day he'll be the one going for these sprints.
Also, Nobody-wants-him Christian Ranneries with a brilliant top 20.

At first: Thanks for the high pace of reports.
Stages 1 and 2 were pretty weird, because Hirt finished better than my sprinter Balykin. However, I never thought he would be able to contest in sprints anyway. I'm glad though that Savitskiy joined then break in both stages.
But then: Just again a superb stage by Hirt! Third place and quite a gap to fifth! The KoM and U25 lead also on top. He might not be the strongest but our tactics were great today. Sending Foliforov in the break to help Hirt up that climb when he got away pretty early. Such a nice day. I just hope he won't drop in Genting Highlands.

Pibernik in the break. We had TV time in every stage now. Can't complain.

8th from Sobota, top 10. I guess that's as expected. Also Pierzga in the break
Thanks again tsmoha for the report.

Jeez Koep. What was this?
Being in the 2nd group was okay but then he should have stayed together with Hirt normally finishing somewhere closer to top10-15 instead of dropping to most other riders in there... |

After Kulhavy in Trentino, it's the second time I got beaten in the final meters :/ but Rienda isn't that far in the GC

Great win by Matthews, but aaaaaah, freaking south american Atapuma-beast. So close to the GC win...
Congrats to him though, a superb comeback! Let's hope nothing happens with him in the final stages
Thank you for the great pace tsmoha! |

Our climber is doing better than Richeze. Hoping we can break that top 5! |

Dammit Koep. He really should be better than this. Maybe he's injured or something in the Man Game world. He was great before his Mid East crash, and since then he's been terrible.

Elated with that win! Second objective complete, and currently leading the GC to boot. Unfortunate again for Elta too. Now to stay safe and hide in the peloton for the remaining stages!
@Bjarnte: Sure hope not I wouldn't worry, your climbing duo are sure to net you a lot more points in the coming races. I assume they'll both be in Java?
Thanks for the report tsmoha!
