A very close one this time. Canada and Kosovo were the best answers, both only answered 3 times. Israel and Australia were mentioned twice. Marcovdw answered Belgium, which may be an irrelevant country in every single way, but it already exists since 1830.

Yeah, I do. Not all rounds will be history. I just chose these empires because otherwise everyone would choose the current monarch. Not all rounds will be history though.
