grande Spilak, shame that this fight has been decided on that strange stage...
but kudos to Taaramae, while our team took more efforts to control Taaramae was the smartest and I guess the strongest

Great win here! Finally Lecuisinier had that great day.
2 GTs, 2 stagewins, 2 U25 jersey and 2 top 5 GC...
That’s definately acceptable, although I would have liked to atleast be competitive for the podium. One bad stage costed him 3rd...

Congrats Heine! A good fight all the way that.
As I can't remember seeing anything about it earlier, with re-adding you mean putting back the riders who completed stage 19? I reckon they lost out on the time limit today?

What a stage! Nibali did everything he could, couldn't have asked for more - but shame he will finish just outside the top 10.
The GC fight between Rein and Simon was great. Thanks for the enjoyable read.

I lost most (read: 5) of my riders today, including Tzortzakis, which obviously suck - but why should they be re-added?

Massacre of a stage, epic report. Thanks for that effort, jandal!
Only four out riders finished the race then but what's way more disappointing is, that we completely passed on those mountain breakaways. Haig lost many places after a rather solid first half of the race. 18th ain't too special and the lack of stage results (except of the TTT) will make for a low scoring race here. I never liked the TdF and I will probably keep that opinion for another year

Huge effort from Spilak but Taraaramae wins the TDF and Jandal wins Daily!

Man, what a report! I've seen live races less entertaining than this. Chapeau, jandal! In Abhishkek's you just won Daily!
Strong showing from our boys. Just goes to prove that without absurd underperformances we were quite capable of a middle-rank top10 and a top15. In spite of that we pretty much missed all our goals here. No victory in the prologue or TTT. We entered a lot of breakaways, but were never really close to stage wins. All in all this comes has a heavy blow for our aspirations, given the amount of points we needed to take from this race.

I must agree with the above. Despite being against the format, you made it work brilliantly. I'm not sure I'm a fan of the concept, but nevertheless it was really good. But it has been throughout the entire race. Stellar effort! Nothing less!

Brilliant reporting, finally got to catch up on the final parts as well, and what a stage that was. Brilliant racing and tense all the way. Thank you for your excellent coverage, jandal!
Big congratulations to SotD on the stage win, and of course to Heine on the overall win. Must say I've never really seen Taaramäe suffer this much in a stage race in the mountains before, taking away crashes and such. Very well played Spilak, who made a great fight for yellow.
And wow, Galta hanging on to 6th place just adds to the unbelievable Tour de France this turned out to be for us. Vakoc on the early hills were a highlight, but other than that, there wasn't much to cheer for before Galta decided to join the breakaway fun and really show himself. I'm thrilled, and very, very pleased. We got much more than I could ever have hoped for here |

On paper Zardini could become a team legend when winning on the Champs Elysees now in such reduced peloton with 72 sprint.
Though I believe it would be easier for him to just join the break as I can`t see past a break win unfortunately.
With Dekker, Koep and Zardini left for me, it`s few finishing points as Boom and Gallopin unfortunately also were OTL on that last stage.
Anyway despite this annoying KoM bug in PCM15 with same rider attacking again and again, which can only be enjoyable if you are the lucky 1-2-3 managers with those, I can`t complain so far. Surely GC wise overachieved with Dekker so far. Stage result wise Boom with a 1-2 made me happy but other than that I had hoped for more breakaway apparances in the mountain stages, which are often giveaways. |

Great stage by Brambilla. Too bad it was way too late to make any significant jumps in the GC. I guess he would have had a chance at the stage win if the favorites hadn't gone crazy that early in the stage.

One of my favourite reports ever! Although Tinkoff isn't doing much this GT, I'm really enjoying this Tour from a neutral perspective

They won't be now.
