I had a bad prevision after reading first comments abour reanimation that this is going to happen. I hoped I will be wrong. What a tragedy. May the God be with you.

Btw what is concrete culvert? Can somebody explain?

Also, they're often stored above ground shortly before they're going to be put in the ground in case of construction works. |
