dfT17 (v1.1) by df_Trek
a 2017 basic patch for PCM14
- based on original game database
- real names
- removed retired and suspended cyclists
- substituted inactive teams
- teams' rosters updated according to UCI official lists at 01.01.2017
- updated skills (10.04.2017)
- 2017 kits for all WT Teams, Roompot-Nederlandse Loterij, Androni Sidermec
- 2016 kits for other teams
Installation
1. Download the "*.rar" file and "dfT17v1.1.cdb" from PCM.daily
2. Extract the archive .rar
3. Put folders "3D" and "Gui" in "C/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2014"
4. Put the file dfT17v1.1.cdb in "My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2014/Mod/Database"
5. Run the game and select dfT17v1.1 in databese section of the game's options
6. Enjoy!

Brilliant work with this! Looks good. Only problem is all the new kits and logos dont show. In a race all the "new" teams have a white jersey. How can i fix it? |

Often it is, when you don't put the right files in the right places.
You should put the folders in team on your hard disk 3D -> Cyclists -> Cloth -> Team

Thanks krooy, I hope you'll enjoy it!
Unfortunately, starting from the basic game, race and equipment database is not very rich, but it is the only solution to make a compatible version at all.
I could try making it from a richer patch but it takes me a lot longer, I hope in the future to have the time...

I like it simple, and so does my computer Most important for me is gameplay, and 2014 is the best in recent years i think.
Only one thing; Is it difficult to give races world tour status? e.g Dwars door, Strade Bianche, Omloop etc... |

Very good database, but i can't use it for carreer because all riders are 2 years older than year when carreer starts. It means they cannot train at all. All riders have no training plans and it cannot be managed. Changing brith date of riders didn't help either. It's shame because I really like this database. |

Nwm problem is fixed. I just progressed one day forward and i was able to make fitness programs for all riders. |
