Well I didn't expect much from this.. But 46th?! That's awful.
Grats to Booker and Aquarius though, awesome results for a C1 race |

8th place. That's fantastic! For some moments i thought this was going to be a bad race, until Valls and Penasa worked together to reach the leading group. 24 points out of this, which isn't amazing in terms of PpRD, but it still bring us valuable points.
Cunego is just pathetic. What a waste of money
Valls already with 330 points and enough RD's left to double that amount of points

And Marquez indeed! Big race for Berg on the bergs!
A bit unlucky for Denifl to fade away to finish that low. Big performance from both Penasa and Valls though. Bummer for Sicard with also Eastman rather disappointing.
Thanks for the report!

Great to see Berhane attacking, just a shame it ended up coming down to a badly positioned sprint. At least he made the Top 10.
Berg Cycles were due an overall race win, so congrats to them!

Was rooting for Denifl at the end there, but that didn't work out obviously. Another massive result for Berg, congrats! They already look set for promotion, and starting to look like title favourites as well.

I’m happy to see this new courageous Denifl. Unfortunately again after Crit Int it didn’t really work out, but if he keeps riding like that I’m sure a big result will come at some point.
Thanks for the report Abishkek and congrats Berg for another great result! |

Berg 1-3, keeping their super consistent season humming along - good to see!
Also glad Intxausti had a good ride, just a shame that Marquez decided to bring his crazy acceleration to Costa Rica too. ThNks for the reporeport!

Magnificent, could not ask for better. first and third is what we needed after a horrible last month in terms of points.
The duo Marquez-Nazaret continues to bear fruit and prove that putting them both in almost every race was the right choice.
It's also good to see the ct teams do well in this race.
Thanks for the congrats guys and for the great report

Nicely done Penasa! He partially has Valls to thank for the help bridging the gap, so thanks Aquarius
Great to pick up some points on rivals in this bonus race, thanks for the congratulations Vien

Nice one for fintas, and thanks for a great report.
Kraftwerk chasing down their own man in the break for a leader who doesn't deliver, not very clever. Tatarinov had a great race being in the break and still finishing in the top 20.

As predicted, o points out of this one. But wow a mountain race like this being decided in a 14-man sprint
Great report Abhishek and congratz Fintas!
@AbhishekLFC btw did Rujano really finish last or is that a mistake and he DNF?

Congratulations fintas, win and two riders on the podium, can hardly ask for more.
Thanks for the report AbhishekLFC, getting a finish-line shot of Cataldo is beyond my wildest dreams, comforting after our disaster in Norway.

Team depth was not a problem when Eastman finishes 3rd in the squad... however a top finish of 18th by Stetina was not what we were looking for in this race. I seemed to have woefully undervalued acceleration in favor of primary attributes and it is kicking my ass right now.

Huge race for Berg. Ferrero, Compal and the CT teams also with great results. Spar and Ticos with some bad luck though

Looking at Marquez winning and Denifl sadly struggling, I'm excited to see good acceleration on Herklotz play a role in the next years. *fingers crossed*

Sorry about the late reply. Rujano did finish last unfortunately! Last one to make the time limit.

Man....Choi in a perfect position being placed 6th in to the last climb, disappointed to see him just slide trough the group and finish outside top 10.
Had really hoped for a top 5 there, but at least we don't leave this race empty handed.
Thank you so much for the exciting report! |
