I sure hope Cunego will help us in the PT, however realistically speaking he will probably get a chance in the CT as co-leader/mentor.

Impressive and intense. Great racing here! Congratulations fj!
Flugel, LLS and Dekker consistent as always, but Cerny was definitely the dark horse there, securing a much needed result with Waytens lending a hand as well.
Borges was spot on for us! First of his group landing a 4th place which may be vital on our dispute with Strava, especially after their irritating victory with Langeveld.
On the other side of the spectrum, Di Maggio has been a real let down for his team. I hope they find better luck with him next season.

Absolutely impressive season by Cunego and VisitUkraine, who I will just congratulate on the imminent promotion at this point
Ayubowan sucked again, and I can't help but imagine how many more points they would have if PCM wasn't this idiotic. Yates beating both Gautier and Bellis is oh so so ironic, like PCM voluntarily took the piss

Not a lot in terms of points scored, but we are happy to see that both Vasyliv and Le Gac seem to do alright at HC level. 14th is OK looking at the competition. I'm considering making Vasyliv a better puncheur as he seem to work better in those hard hilly stages than he does in the mountains. Maybe a 77/77 MO/HI Vasyliv would be interesting to have as a lieutenaint for most tough races

Oh, I forgot that Dekker doesn't give a shit about no mountains or time trials here, he just performs anyway. I have absolutely no clue what we would do without Dekker this season. Heck, I could have given a million in sign on fee if I knew he would have delivered like this! Looking forward to try negotiate down his wage drastically at the end of the season

Your main problem is more his age.
Good results, regressing in stats though. Always a bad combination for renewals. |

Wow, what a race from Cerny!
I'm a bit lost for words here. A race I didn't expect much from I get this result from Cerny, who's like an adopted son, and Waeytens with an excellent result as well.
I don't want to say we stay in now, but this is definitely a big step forward. Thanks for the great report!

Definitely some Mo stat influence in that stage.
Excellent performance by Sanchez scoring second place is a really good result any day. I panicked every time Flugel attacked but he kept his cool while VisitUkraine pulled him back each time before finally getting in the important move and despite being beaten by Cunego, it's great.
Even better, that result, while keeping us in 18th but if I worked it out right it will put us within 67 points of the top 15, our unofficial goal. As well as 164 points off being the best Polish team, with Solidnarnosc (Vantomme) and Japan Cup (Sanchez but a super strong field probably) left, both these goals are unlikely but quite possible. Should be fun to see if we can make it anyway.

Poor showing by my puncheurs, probably also due to the mo stat influence. I expected at least something around 30-50 points due to Vanendert and Gilbert both present but got 10. sigh

If someone else can find 42 I'd be happy, but my count was 15 for the 13th place finish from Beltran, and 5 for the 30th (and last scoring spot) from Chaves.

Really pleased to see Park in the break - wish my Velogames teams were as keen
Klemme with a good ride staying in contention and managing to beat a few riders in the third group sprint, 11th a better result than I originally predicted and keeps the points ticking for the title race.

While Wiesenhof remains in the lead easily, Porto is slowly closing the gap to Strava while passing Hugo Boss. A great final few races makes Porto suddenly a podium contender.
Telkom for the moment still in the top5 but VisitUkraine has closed the gap to ~100 points though having used couple more race days as well, hence the top5 looks quite sealed really.
Then some incredible close fight for the potential extra promotion spots.
From Spotify in 7th to Ayubowan in 11th it`s the amazing gap of just 14 points! 5 teams really can need any single digit points here.
At the bottom Lierse and Azteca scored valuable points. While first might have scored enough for safety, Azteca still is just on the very last safe spot! Just 27 points ahead of Flored with Aeropostal also just 18 pts later then and also Vontobel not that far off at 98 points in total to the safe spot.
Race day wise it`s neither looking that good for Vontobel, but also for Azteca. Could become a fight between Flores and Aeropostal for the last safe spot, if they use their extra dace days well.
Compal impressively got out of the danger zone in the last couple of weeks. Well done with brilliant late season planning and usage of Thomas Dekker. In fact their top20 goal is almost in reach.
