Didi retired from retirement before the Tour. 
Unfortunately though it appears, financial problems since his retirement are one reason.
Not sure if it was for this event only or if he will be more active in other races as well now.

I´m in as well.
Have followed Volta a Portugal a couple of times, so I know some of the riders. However, it seems like George played it very safe and just overpriced half of the riders. Not really seeing any riders on sale. Tough putting a good team together.

Yeah there hasn't been a heap of thought to the ratings but hey, it should be an interesting game

Bille is more a strong rider for tougher rolling stages. Riders like Cardoso, Vigano, Caldeira and Zanotti are much faster.
