Ollfardh: I think we rate the team quite similar. But the question is "A+", "A" or "A-"

@sammyt: Well i don't think that your sprinters will have a chance as their backup stats (FL/HI) are very bad. Even for CT. I think that PCM 2013 punishes that very much and therefore i don't think they will get much of points this year for you.
(I have to admit F is a bit too harsh but i will not change it. )

To the talents: I rated them C- (without loaned out riders).
And all talents maxed out may look stronger now but if you also max all other teams out, then yours does not seems to be too strong in comparison.

But of course, every one is allowed to have his opinion on the teams and i just wanted to share mine with all of you.

And for the ranking prediction: I think so much is close but i did not wante to write "between 5 and 25 every thing is possible" for every team so i had to make some decisions and for your team i had the feeling that only Schurter and Zoidl will bring in decent points for you. I only rated the teams and your experience from last year should help to get much higher

@LLS: I think every prediction has some "interesting" predictions in it. I try to be as honest as possible and i am sure they will include some very failed predictions.

I was mainly doing it for myself to get a better overview of the team strengths in the division and i decided at some point to share it with the rest of the managers when i only had the previews so i had to make a predicted ranking quite quickly out of them. That leaded to some bad positioned teams (Sauber should propably be a bit higher and Bonsucro f.e. could finish better, too. ) but i don't aim to make the perfect predicted ranking but the different departments of the teams (MO, HI, TT) should be presented shortly.

Something which you will see quite often in my preview is that i rate secondary stats (FL!, STA), a second good main stat (HI/COB for sprinters; HI/MO for TTer) and (for sprinters) the leadout as much more important than most other managers and this is propably a reason for many of my "interesting" predictions.

(Another thing is what i saw twice already that i overlooked some riders as they arent marked as "CT" riders in the post-transfer DB and that this influenced the rating of some teams.)
