You'll find bunches here (and also in the threads of suggestions for PCM12). Several of them might be quite unrealistic, but several could certainly be worked on:

Uh lots... Many people still use lachi's season planner because its still better, better dealing with sponsors would be a huge plus, I think scouting in this game is very rudimentary and could use an overhaul, training possibly in the same situation. Rider interaction still seems to be negligible in the game as far as morale is concerned. Perhaps more of a negotiation with bidding for other riders?

Well, from the interview, I got the idea that some of those topics would be addressed in this year's edition, namely negotiation with sponsors (choosing goals), better season planning support and riders morale being affected by the races they ran. Also riders would also have goals instead of just team goals. So maybe some management improvements do come this year. |

More depth in general. It might be an unfair comparison, but if Football Manager is an ocean, PCM is a puddle.
I don't feel like my actions have any form of effect. In FM, if I've had a great talent that I've brought up but he didn't turn out to be good enough, he'd still be in the team because I can't part with him.
In PCM I get absolutely no "relationship" with anyone. There's nothing there that makes me wanna play it further.
It just feels so... shallow, so... pointless.
There's a fine line between "psychotherapist" and "psycho the rapist"

Plus, Riders sometimes turn down your offers for no reason, and theres nothing you can do about it to make him feel better and then turn around and give him a great deal he wont refuse.
Even the older PCM's were a little better in management imo, it got dumbed down a little in 07 or 08 I think. Of course some improvements were still made. (Im sure I or someone else will think of one)

Is there a confirmed release date for PCM 2013 yet?
It was eleven more than necessary.

Cyanide blogs about the change of scale and the fully playable stages in TDF: https://devblog.cycling-manager.com/po...-up-to-you
Doesn't say much more than what was said in the interview, though. |

His brother? If every Sørensen in Denmark is a brother of each other, we have huge problems |

No, they are not brothers - not even related
My family name is not Sørensen, but Jensen - which is even more common than Sørensen (113.000 vs. 264.000)

Question: So a rider with low acceleration won't attack, even if his fighter stat is over 80? |

Not necessarily. Diesels attack, too, but less frequent. And their real strength lies in high pace. But they'll probably attack. Their fighter stat just won't be high. And if a rider's fighter stat is high, it will attack often, acc or not. |

We will see if 1/5 scale is acceptable. 1/2 was very good in the way of realism. |

Since I strongly doubt they will be able to do something about teammates blocking your leader on climbs, etc. I have a brilliant idea!
Give the player the option to edit all the times of the riders after the stage should he choose to. Say you came in 2.30 behind the winner because your teammates forced you backwards? Not anymore, with the touch of a button you came in with the leader!
Did you gain about half a minute after a climb, but since 30 riders came in one after the other they all got the same time? Nope, you just won the stage with 30 seconds!
Sadly I'm to late to request this, but perhaps next year...
Spoiler To those that didn't get it; yes, this was sarcastic. Yes, my leader in Tour du Suisse lost 4 minutes because MY OWN rider in the now-caught breakaway pushed him far back and refused to move. Yes, I did go into the editor an give everybody who ended up ahead of him in the GC an injury, forcing them to withdraw.
