Interesting to see how high Siam are. I wonder how things would be for them if Rodrigues was removed at the end of transfers for them instead of Lowe.
The only division where he title could still be decided. Should be interesting to watch at Zuri. |

5 stage races won! That's more than my team had in three years (we're at four, if i'm not mistaken - including a AI fucked up wildcard PT win in this FDB Eire Tour back in 2012)... Huge season for Rodrigues, wonder what's the ManGame record of individual GC-wins in a season? Just stage races
Beltran also with a huge year, obviously.
Glancing through the old rankings files, a few that stand out:
Mikhail Ignatiev, Wiggle, 2011, PCT: 5 stage race GCs, 1 classic
Jose Alarcon, Aker, 2012, PCT: 4 stage race GCs, 2 classics
Daniele Bennati, Puma, 2012, PCT: 1 stage race GC, 6 classics

Thanks for the quick research!
That's some good company for Rodrigues then. CT-legend status secured

They think the bottom of the rankings would stop me.

Gratz to Euskaltel, was a nice points haul from Utah...
..., but where the hell is Siam coming from??? This gets a real thriller for 5th!
Stunning second half of the season by Nutresa, too.

Team Live Nation were unable to recover from opponent's gains at the Tour of America and must settle for the wooden spoon. For inspiration, they need look no further than the 2012 PCT season. Oz Cycling picked up the wooden spoon then, and look at them now - while 3rd bottom Cerne (now Prio-Porto) were able to promote in the following season.
Thanks for the words of encouragement, they are much welcome and I'll do my best to dublicate their comebacks
A bit annoyed how much a weird Tour of America meant for the bottom of the rankings though.

Wow, Siam is going strong, Rodrigues almost pushed them there single handed, i wonder about his salary next year.
Great surge from Nutresa to the top and several interesting battles going on in top5 or around top10, some of them will come down to the last race, all that drama.

After 3 years I still waiting for my first I think. Neither Boom nor Bellis got one in PCT. Has to change next year I guess. |

Penultimate PCT update
Amongst other things, the final stage breakaway in Beijing may just have prevented Oz Cycling from seriously threatening 2nd place, having rapidly closed in on Heineken. It's very tight for 4th, after two teams widely predicted for a pre-season Top 3 exit Beijing with just 9 points between them.
It's looking bleak for the 5 relegation zone teams, as Boeing now trail Kenya Airways by 223 points, with Kenya themselves aiming at Hornbach in this final race.
Back to the Top 10 fight, and Gazelle are looking good to end the year in 7th after pulling clear of Jaguar. 9th place has meant promotion for the last 3 seasons, and La Vie Claire are holding on there despite Meiji moving to within 50. Metinvest could not quite keep up with Meiji in Beijing but still open up a gap for 11th.
Good races for Magna and Amex lift themselves into a likely Top 15 position, while Puma are still close despite slipping down. That final stage break helped FCB Polska gain 3 places including over Swedbank, who also benefited there.
Karcher hold on to 20th although RBC closed the gap slightly, and could yet make it into the Top 20 if Bellis shines. And finally, Compal-Merida did indeed make it to 1000 points!

Some people will see 223 points and say it's too far. I say, bring on the challenge! It's technically possible with a 1-2 finish giving 238points. 1-3 would give 222 so then just a Top30 added on would suffice. Basically we need to most stupidly lucky result in all of Man-Game history to survive on pure rankngs position... Let's give it a go!

Damn Betancourt, damn Skujins
Well, 3rd is great anyway. Maybe it's better that way, since i won't pray for a huge result in Japan now.

Still clinging on to 9th. Surely must take a miracle now for Meiji to pip us? Promotion and relegation look settled now as well, the question is simply whether Gazelle will promote as well? |

We look safe now. Happy we managed to pull away from Boeing, although shame it had to be them. Really looking forward to the off season now. |

4th would be better then 5th, but somethings telling me Di Maggio will just go and win Japan Cup anyways . Jokes aside, my goal was top 5 and we achieved it, so it doesn't really matter all that much.

Would be fitting in my life so damn well.
Can't make the initial goal, trying to salvage something and at least get some goal points for 11th or 12th just to completely fail the goal in 16th in the end. GG.
